Front desk -RUDE (video on TikTok)
Customer service? -TRASH & useless
Made a reservation-as an honors member, lost my ID, called to let them know & they basically told me nope….cant check in despite other credit cards, debit cards, and pictures of Id & passport.
Someone stole my purse so I tried to get proactive and call to let them know but instead front desk was very sassy and customer service via phone very nonchalant.
Wish I could take my honors status back lol 😂

I prepaid for parking and showed up and cheap people from the Strip club next door were parking in the parking lot for free. There are no gates or meters so I feel cheated for paying when noone probably pays. The lady at night was not very friendly at check in, i'm hilton gold and asked about the free waters and she said. You have them at check in, which didn't make sense since she was checking me in. She also didn't ask how i wanted my gold gift rewards. She was not very pleasant to talk to and acted like I was not of any concern to her. 10/17/25 8-9pm check-in.
Lots of Strip club visitors next door were roaming around the property drinking and smoking.

Stayed here for work. I was reading the other reviews, which gave me some pause, but I'm glad I dismissed the negative nellies. First, the location is great. There are many fine restaurants and activities in close proximity. The roads and streets in this area are maintained. The staff, from Jay the manager, to Kim the sales manager, and Marco the bartender, were fantastic. Kind, courteous, and professional. The rooms were clean and came with all the amenities that I expect from Hilton properties. The morning breakfast was the usual fare, but cooked well. The evening menu was small, but had a variety of dishes. The bar was well stocked and clean.
People want to complain about parking, but if you looked at the area, there is not much room. Its a multi-level garage, so at least it's covered. It is only a about 20 feet from the rear entrance.
I would have to say that this was one of my better experiences.
