  After checking in I had a couple of minor issues. The staff was able to get things on the right track quickly. The next morning the GM Jacque Bailey went the extra mile. Service was impeccable! Big shout out to Skyler the bar tender! Will definitely be back.

  Definitely worth paying a extra 125 to stay at another hotel. This place looks like it just got bare minimum renovations. I usually wake up around 3 for work and went downstairs to purchase bottled water, but after seeing 7 dollars for a small smart water I went down the road to a gas station to get a large one and Gatorade for under 8 bucks. Also the mini fridge in my room doesn't work, but the lobby looks nice.

  There is no change date option except for the app. Also, the customer service were impatient when responding to questions.

  Stayed there during the flight cancellation fiasco due to the winter storm in Jan 2026. They couldn’t extend check out during that and i ended up staying at the airport for nearly 6hrs. I wasn’t expecting an asian hospitality but i was expecting some amount of it. Anyways don’t plan on staying there again, but you never know the climate god might force that opportunity on me again.

  Just lost a customer because the bus driver refused to let me on the bus. My flight was cancelled and needed a room for the night. He said I needed a reservation then said the hotel is sold out for the night of of 2/10 after even handing over my phone showing him that there’s available rooms to book for the night. Then still refusing to let me on the bus. I was going to book at the hotel for the cheapest prices available but no worries. I will be enjoying my stay at the royal sonesta. I will be sure to avoid hilton properties in the future.
