Great location, spacious rooms, restaurant, bar, convenient parking, friendly and helpful staff. Starbucks and Papasitos on location. The Executive Lounge is very nice with a warm buffet breakfast, cappuccino machine, Pellegrino, water, soft drinks and snacks available daily and then turns into the rooftop lounge after 5 Thu-Sat. It is enclosed and climate controlled on the 24th floor. The heated pool is in an enclosed area with a hot tub and outside terrace. The rooftop lounge is indoors on level 24. Executive guests floors are level 20 to 23. This hotel is right across from the GRB and Discovery Green.

This was my husband and I first time staying at this location. We booked a room to celebrate our anniversary and New year's. Upon arrival, self parking was easily located. The hotel atmosphere was clean and pleasant. The lobby was beautifully decorated Disney-themed Christmas displays which added a special and joyful touch. Check-in however was slow as a Honors member, I expected quicker services and a pleasant greeting by staff which was disheartening. Our room was comfortable and had a great view to see fire works. However the bathroom was not properly cleaned as there were long strains of hair on the shower wall. Despite that our stay was enjoyable. Shout out to Charedea, who was bright and personalable. She also assisted us at Check-out and comp'd our parking in honor of our anniversary. Overall, our stay was great and we will be returning.

The hotel itself is great—beautiful property, lovely amenities, and a comfortable overall stay. Everything outside of the spa met our expectations and made for an enjoyable visit. Unfortunately, the spa experience was the complete opposite and was the worst spa we have been to. The service did not reflect the quality or standards of the hotel at all. The massage felt rushed, lacked technique, and was not relaxing or therapeutic in any way. It was extremely disappointing because the rest of the hotel sets a high bar, and the spa simply does not live up to it. Based on our experience, I would recommend the hotel, but strongly suggest skipping the spa. For the spa alone they only get 2 stars

The hotel is really nice and lovely atmosphere. The communication could be better at the front desk. First; my mom of 70 was frantic trying to find what she thought was a paper needed for parking for me to ask a valet worker what was needed to parkin garage if included in cost, to which he then explained to just use my room card key. The next morning we went down for breakfast, which was free, to be handed a couple menus even after asking our room number (TWICE), and they could see the visible confusion on our faces also because we came for the free BUFFET items. So, we said that the buffet is what we will have, and addressed AGAIN we were staying in the hotel for a couple days. When we were done, we were technically ran down with a receipt to pay. Confused, I asked was not the breakfast included in our room, she replied telling me if there is a 'card on file for them to bill they can do that'. This would have been the time to ask us about the voucher we should have received, but no they were standing firm on getting paid for "buffet meals". I paid with a different card to prevent a scene and addressed it later at the desk. Come to find out, the VOUCHERS that are suppose to be given for breakfast were not given to us. They did correct the issue by crediting our room cost for the receipt amount, this was fine. Overall, the stay was great. Clean, could have been cleaner being I could still see remnants of dirt in areas I'm sure a good vacuuming could have corrected. The desk clerks need to be more clear to prevent such confusion. Maybe have a print out of instructions as well for people who might not grasp all they are saying during the FAST TALK admittance.

I've stayed repeatedly in this hotel, and feel very confident in giving it 5 stars with one caveat. The hotel is large, and it's nice. The rooms have always been clean, and at least all of the rooms that I've stayed in have always been quite large. Views are good. Food is good. Bathrooms have got excellent showers with water pressure that means you can shower in just a minute or two as it's so easy to clean the shampoo out of your hair. The only negative is check in desk related. This isn't a one time experience - this has been the case on every single visit for the 7 years that I've been coming here, 3-5 visits per year. This hotel has a line for Honors members and another general line for non members. Joining the HH line is always a mistake. The staff never call people up from that line with any sort of priority - quite the opposite. 2 people in that line will definitely take longer than 20 in the other line. I have often observed people joining the general line after somebody had already spent several minutes in the HH line and that newly arrived general line person will get seen while the HH person is continued to be made to wait. With the digital key service in the app it is less often necessary to even go the m to the desk, but if you do have to go to the desk save yourself the frustration of the Honors line.
