- BRBecky Rosenberg3 days ago2.0We stayed 2 nights. Walking into the hotel it smelled fine. Not great or like they just cleaned but it smelled better than our room. We opened the door and the overpowering smell hit you. I don't even know how to describe it. Musty, mildewy, sweat? not a great start. The first night the shower was barely above lukewarm temperature. The shower head was pretty gross looking like it had build up around it. The toilet had to be flushed multiple times every time you used it to get anything to go down. Breakfast was subpar. They did have a waffle station that was pretty good. We've stayed in a lot of Hilton hotels but this one was not great. Half of the channels on the TV didn't work either. It was close to the NRG stadium and we were able to walk there within 20 minutes.

The front desk guy was charging me for parking when I had a handicap for my ACL injury he was making racial comments while he went to get my bags then I find out when I get home my money and wallet are missing that I had in my hotel room. The guy mattew has no buisness working there our the lady that was laughing next to him. It must be deal funny to yall when your guests have had experiences. I’ll definitely talk to guest relations about this service. The washer and dry took 15 no quarters and my clothes werent done.

Complimentary shuttle service was excellent, with frequent runs to the medical center complex, a little over a mile away. My only complaint was an inadequate selection of working TV channels. The need to improve the selection and guide system, or change providers who offer a better selection of channels, including premium channels.
