This is my first time staying at this location and I have to say the location is great and outside was clean and the lobby was clean as well with the usual coffee and hot water available for chocolate, tea and of course dark and regular roast coffee. I do have two complaints though that made my stay a little uncomfortable. The first was the room temp. Coming into the room for the first time it was a bit warm, which we of course figured its due to no movement in the room for the thermostat to cool down so we put it to 65 and cool and the room never got to a comfortable temp. Now I did not complain at the time since it was the really late and the wife was trying to rest but I did let the front desk know in the morning. And they did say they would of moved me if I had said something last night. So no real fault on the staff for not knowing my issue. Now my biggest complaint and this has happened at other hotels also has been that even though I have they do not disturb sign on the door the cleaning staff comes knocking on the door rushing us to leave at 10:30am when check out is at noon. This has been an issue with the cleaning staff at other locations also. And to be honest I never know if the complaints and or reports of this happening ever gets resolved, but it's just something to make note of if your staying at this hotel. I did not get up in time for breakfast so I was unable to see what was there but kitchen area was clean as well just a note on that. Thank you for reading this and hope it helps if you want to choose to stay at this hotel.

Okay location, okay hotel. My truck was broken into during my stay, so it ruined my trip. No security, no cameras. Police won’t come when you try to file a police report. Management basically tells you “oh well, it happens here and the hotel here next door”. They pull out a folder filled with these “Parking lot” incident forms for you to fill out, meaning the break-ins are frequent. I don’t recommend staying here if you don’t want your car broken into.

I was really disappointed in my last stay here at the Hamptons. When I tried to check in I had issues with my reservations and the guy at the front desk wasn't nice or helpful at all while I tried to resolve the issue. After I got that settled, they put me in a room that had mold coming down the walls. The bedding smelled completely like urine as well. When I brought this to their attention they did switch me rooms but to a room where the AC only worked if the temp was at 65. They sent someone up to "fix it" but all he did was look at it and basically say to leave it at 65.

Bridgette is the best they got other than that I wasn’t happy about errors with other employees.. I was over charged and my tv didn’t work. I needed extra blankets none, they don’t except cash, I was suppose to stay all weekend but my family was highly upset and my bank said the card was swiped 3 times which they even said didn’t make sense. I deserve a refund due to the errors that had nothing to do with me. What a wasted business and football meeting visit from that hotel.
