Came downstairs to find my passenger back window smashed and vehicle ransacked. Spoke with the front desk clerk and all I got was, well they’ve been breaking in trucks looking for work tools. I asked if they had cameras, clerk stated I didn’t see anything on the cameras. He didn’t review footage. Was asked to fill out a form and someone will be reaching out. Never got an apology, never received an email or phone call. If this hotel knew this happens often, guest should have been warned when checking inn and the hotel should have a paid security detail. I had to drive back to New Orleans with a broken window a hotel bill and a replacement window bill.

I will never use them again, I hate I ever booked with them. You would think a manger would try to resolve an issue instead of making things worse. I have never had an issue with Hilton hotels but this one by far is the worse staff ever!!!! There was an issue with bed bugs and the room was not cleaned dirty restroom, air did not work, and very dusty like mold!!!!
