    Hotel, location, staff, cleanliness, facilities are all excellent. Will definitely stay again. Front desk staff is especially wonderful and the hotel manager.

    We have stayed at many Hilton properties and must say this is one of the best! They are friendly and helpful from the minute you walk in the door! The entire property is very clean and well maintained. The rooms were up to date, well stocked and very clean. Many times I don’t visit the breakfast in the morning but not this time! The Breakfast area was so clean, organized and had so many options that I went all 3 days of my stay! Also went out to the pool one day, again everything was clean and there were fresh towels as well as a place to drop them once they were used. Crystal was top notch!! Very friendly and outgoing and made sure each guest was greeted with a smiling face!! Would definitely go out of my way to stay here the next time we are in the Houston area. Kudos to Crystal and the entire staff at this Hilton property👏🏻👏🏻

    My stay at Hampton Inn & Suites Houston East Beltway 8 was truly excellent—5 stars all the way. From the moment I arrived, the customer service was outstanding. The staff was professional, friendly, and genuinely welcoming, making me feel valued as a guest. Management clearly takes pride in this property. Everything was well-organized, clean, and well-maintained. The room was comfortable, spotless, and perfect for rest after a long day. Any questions or requests I had were handled quickly and with a great attitude. This location sets a high standard for hospitality. I truly recommend this Hampton Inn & Suites to anyone traveling to the area and will absolutely choose to stay here again in the future.
