    I’m currently staying at the Hampton Inn, and I have to say—Kevin, the concierge, has delivered some of the best customer service I’ve experienced anywhere in the world. I just returned from Dubai, where I stayed at the JW Marriott Marquis (the tallest 5-star hotel in the world), and Kevin’s level of professionalism and care genuinely matches that standard. Knowing that he’s originally from Dubai and previously worked with Emirates, it’s clear he’s overqualified in the best possible way. His hospitality, attention to detail, and ability to make every guest feel valued are truly unmatched. Hampton Inn is incredibly lucky to have him. I also want to highlight **Ariona** at the front desk—friendly, warm, and always ready to help. Her positive energy makes the entire experience even better. Thank you, Kevin and Ariona, for making my stay exceptional. You both turned a standard hotel visit into something memorable. Highly recommended!

    Excellent Stay. (3) nights (2) days were great. Always a smile on their workers, especially Yanitza the lady on the breakfast area she was aware all the time to assist me. I recommend it 100%. Kevin the receptionist is an excellent worker, always smiling and helping guests.

    I stayed in this hotel for work I travel for work was there for a month. I really can’t believe how great and helpful service and hospitality over all excellent the room service woooowww great I’m very OCD clean and MrS. Krystal Herrera excellent service I’m talking about excellent hospitality her way of treating me words can’t explain how professional and her politeness was. Thank you to all the staff great place honestly not some scam real person here. Thank you all for the great stay.
