The manager and staff here are very incompetent when it comes to servicing a guest with a service animal. I would advise that if you are staying here, make sure you speak with them directly about any accommodations you will be needing as they will charge you without notice or discussion after check out. This is bad business and should be reviewed internally. If you want to dispute any charges they have to go through the hotel which is stupid because the hotel will deny you anyway. The general manager here Arthur Chapman is very rude and unpleasant to deal with and should not be the general manager because he does not listen to the guests concerns and does not care to mediate them. Be wary of him and how he will handle any issues you may have if they were to arise. Be sure to document everything before staying here as I was mislead the whole time I booked the reservation up until me checking out, which I was only there for 2 hours since my flight was delayed and had my approved service animal with me, which should not have been charged a pet fee. I guess they are in need of money because it is illegal to charge someone a pet fee when they have a documented service animal that was flying with me. Anyway, they can keep the money, it's the principle of being misled during my reservation and treated poorly when trying to correct the error made on their part.

Checked in after a late night of driving, had a room scheduled prior. Check in was super easy and not an issue. Confirmed the room and dogs staying. We have a gooseneck trailer and the lot was big enough we weren’t in anyone’s way. Clean room and lobby, very presentable and managed well. Navroz was our front desk representative to text us after check in. Connected gas station, and jack-in-the-box for meeting basic needs. Would recommend. You can hear the planes but you’re near the airport so that’s not a negative to the hotel.

Its a spark, so set your expectations at that level. Converted from a quality inn so there's that...and the owner private so some hilton honors benefits aren't honored...many of the private owners in GA and FL skimp on this part. Service was great and the check in process was easy. The hotel staff, especially the night manager was amazing!

Outstanding Stay – But Tia is the True Highlight! Convenient location right near the airport (with the expected plane noise, which we knew about and didn't mind). The front desk staff was wonderful, especially the lady who checked us in early around 11:30am instead of making us wait until the usual 3:00pm check-in time—she went above and beyond right from the start. But the absolute star of our entire stay was Tia at the breakfast bar 🤗. In my experience, this is one of the most overlooked and underappreciated roles in any hotel, yet Tia completely transformed it into something truly special. This young lady delivered hospitality on a level we've rarely seen, even coming from New York State where we're used to fast-paced but often impersonal service. Tia didn't just refill items or keep things clean—she genuinely cared, anticipated our needs, engaged with warmth and enthusiasm, and made every morning feel welcoming and memorable for me and my family. Tia is exactly the kind of employee hotels dream of: energetic, attentive, professional, and full of heart. She stands head and shoulders above the rest and is the one person who makes guests want to come back. Tia absolutely deserves to be promoted—whether to a supervisory role, training lead, or higher. She should be heading up training programs across all Hampton Inn/Hilton properties worldwide. Her natural talent for creating exceptional guest experiences is too valuable to stay in an entry-level position. Hotels need more people like her leading the way! Thank you, Tia—you made our trip unforgettable! 🙌

We intend to escalate this matter to our corporate travel management team at headquarters. While checking out of the hotel, I personally witnessed what I believe to be the General Manager engaging in unprofessional conduct. From the front desk area, I overheard loud yelling accompanied by what sounded like banging on a door or desk, directed toward an employee. Shortly thereafter, a young female employee exited the office visibly distressed and in tears. Both my colleague and I were deeply concerned by the interaction we observed. This behavior was inappropriate, disruptive to the guest experience, and troubling to witness in a professional hospitality environment.
