- JAJon AlphaNov 13, 20252.0They have roaches. We killed three big roaches in our room and found a few babies in the bed. We even found a dead roach just laying there in the middle of the lobby like it just enjoyed the continental breakfast. The ONLY reason I gave this place two stars instead of 1 is because of the awesome breakfast bar and the super friendly staff. I can't even begin to say how wonderfully nice they were and welcoming. Also, room service never came in and freshened up our room. We stayed for 4 nights and not once did we come back to see our room cleaned up. Maybe that's our fault? Maybe the process has changed but Im used to room service just coming in while you're gone and cleaning up during the day. Didn't happen here. Wouldnt recommend this place unfortunately.
