We were very unhappy with our stay at this Hampton Inn. Unfortunately, this was about our worse hotel experience ever. I was shocked by the treatment we received and surprised as nothing like this has ever happened to us before. Until now, I haven't written bad reviews, tending to give establishments the benefit of the doubt. With how we were treated, I felt compelled to warn others about this place.

Perfect location, but the rooms need cleaning and the toilet paper was used; it should be new because I don't know who used or touched it before, and they should have put more than one roll. The TV stand was broken. They should provide better service because it's not free.

The location is perfect. The service is terribly inconsistent. This is the last time I would be using them. There is a front desk lady by name is Saied something who decides she was going to be as difficult as possible because I pushed back on a charge that emanated from a mix up between them and booking.com. She refused to call them to verify even after I showed her all the messages. By the time I stepped out to call booking.com myself, I get back to let them know the issue was resolved. The lady then assigned me a smaller room for a higher price which I paid , and when I was going to switch rooms I found out that she had housekeeping throw my things out already! I was shocked beyond words. But I decided to choose peace. Only to discover that the new room had a shower that wasn’t working and no telephone in the room to call reception. To top it off, some of my things were missing and when I called with my cell phone, she said I could go back to my former room and look for my things. Mind you , I had spent two nights and close to $400. So if you’re tired and need peace of mind, this place ain’t it. I never use the R word. But that was definitely the vibe that I got from the front desk “manager”. Please do not go to this hotel. I am repointing them to the BBB

We needed a space to host a business meeting and Syeda R. was very kind & accommodating. I appreciated her assistance as well as the young man who assisted us the day of. We look forward to planning again in the near future. Thanks again, Foundation Layers

I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding my recent reservation at Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Houston North IAH, for September 15–16, 2025. This was the worst hotel experience I have ever encountered. I completed check-in through the Hilton app, payment was processed, and my room was confirmed and assigned. However, when my family members arrived to check in, they were denied access despite their names being included in the reservation. One of them had a valid ID and credit card for incidentals, yet the supervisor refused to honor the reservation, stating that because he was under 21, he could not check in—even though the hotel’s own policy states the minimum age to register is 18. Not only did the supervisor show no empathy or willingness to help, but instead, my family was treated with hostility. Shockingly, they were even threatened with law enforcement if they did not leave the property. This treatment was completely unacceptable, discriminatory, and directly contradicted the hotel’s published policies. To make matters worse, the reservation could not be canceled, leaving us without a room and without options. As a Hilton Honors member, I am appalled by the lack of professionalism, the disregard for Hilton’s own standards, and the absence of basic hospitality. I have never been disrespected or threatened in such a manner at any hotel. I strongly urge Hilton to investigate the conduct of the staff and management at this property. No guest should ever have to go through this experience. I left this hotel feeling mistreated, discriminated against, and extremely disappointed in what should have been a trusted brand.
