    This location is under construction, elevator is not working. Carpet stinks in the hallway and rooms.

    I could not sleep for whole night the room had bad smell probably air filled with mold . i feel my nose was burning as well. very terrible experience. i worngly booked for a date and asked for change when i visited there they didn't change or refunded. i have to book again . Also i could not reach out their phone no one pick. Please never stay here even if the offer free room.

    They were in the middle of renovations during my stay. Room numbers were pieces of paper and there was no free breakfast, you had to walk to the hotel next door for that. Which was also pointed out with hand written pieces of paper taped to the wall. There was drywall dust in the bathroom and random holes in the bathroom ceiling.

    The website clearly informs you that this hotel is under renovation, so the logical deduction is that rooms are going to be dated. The price point was lowered to account for the construction and older rooms, which combined with the front desk staff when we checked in, makes it a 5 star review. At check-in, the clerk was up front about the renovations, the shape of the rooms, and proactively said she would do accommodate us in any way if the room had issues. Location is convenient.

    The staff is at times really nice. Although they did treat a customer that was staying there very rudely in front of everyone questioning if he was a guest there almost like simply because he was black and carrying a plastic bag with him at breakfast. The front desk attendant very rudely asked are you a guest here. I thought it was rude to single him out. Maybe no one else thought it was rude but I would have been livid if it was me. But he was very polite and said yes. The room smelt of mildew and wet dog the toilets were dirty they only give you two large towels and the AC really didn't work everything was always humid like a swamp cooler was being used not a refrigerated air. Breakfast is mediocre and the night staff is great but morning could use an attitude adjustment.
