Candace at the front desk and the entire staff at this location of Hampton Inn and Suites was absolutely amazing and did there job very well. They made sure to ask if we needed anything and they was always available. Our weekend November 14-16 2025 was unbelievably. The rooms were great. Beds slept very well. The hotel water for the shower was always hot. We identified have any issues with smells in or near the our room. Breakfast was always hot a s amazing. Overall stay. We don't have any complaints. Except for traffic in the area because of the connecting highways. Otherwise when we are back to visit Houston this is definitely the spot and I will definitely ask for the same room 314 Housekeeping was on time the first day at our door to see if we had everything that we needed im.like wow who does that but she did I can't remember her name that's apart of the Housekeeping staff. Overall a pleasure to stay. AND The Pool was a available a very nice setting

I hate leaving negative reviews, but I feel I need to warn others. We found bed bugs in the pull out sofa, notified the staff and checked out ASAP (didn’t spend more than an hr at the hotel and had to find a new hotel room at close to midnight). If that’s not horrific enough, when we reached out to the owner/manager after for full refund, she attempted to gaslight us by saying there were no bedbugs found….Ultimately did get our points back after some back and forth emailing, but be warned.

After staying at different hotels of the same price, I was shocked to see how solid this hotel is at the price and how clean the room I stayed in was. I'm really impressed and definitely going back.

my reserved room was not available upon arrival.Staff was super nice and apologetic and got me a different room. only problem is I had to pay more for a lesser room which doesn't seem right to me. their overlooking is not my fault. parking for 35 a night for an uncovered gated area with no free parking option is a bit steep. also web site through hilton says parki g is 25.. the room was clean but the show sprayed either rust or dirt for about 3 minutes (see picture) but it cleared up.. at least 1 I've machine was down but there were other available on other floors. breakfast was good but not great.. staff was super nice at all times.. beds were good. location is good has easy access to galleria and highways. over all good place would stay again
