Lady at the front desk was extremely rude to me and my father, and was not at all trying to be understanding or even let us get words out before interrupting. If you don't have good costumer service, then honey don't work in consumer service. Attitudes like that will run a business to the ground!

We notified them that we would be arriving earlier than the check in time and they accommodated us and had our room ready! The breakfast was hot and great all three days. On Friday they offered complimentary cookies which were delicious and soft! The room was clean and comfortable as well as the entire hotel. They have a pool and hot tub. It has restaurants near by so it's not much travelling for food unless you're looking for something special or particular along with convenience stores. Located about 7 miles from Downtown Houston. I would definitely stay again and encourage others to visit
