Room was OK, the floor in our bathroom was warped & water damaged. We were woken up at 430am (after 9 hours of airports & delayed flights) to someone blasting mariachi music, we called the front desk to complain & they said it was probably a car driving by (we were on the 9th floor, not likely), it went on for nearly 2 hours before it stopped & we were able to finally rest. We called prior to checking in to see where we're supposed to park & we were told they offer valet & that was it, I assumed that was my only option. However, they charge $60 per night when there is a lot directly across the street that is only $20. Would I return? Probably not. The highlight of this hotel is the AMAZING breakfast that is offered!

We arrived at 11 pm freezing cold. The service was alright, one of the valets was very nice. However, after we got into the room and unpacked our suitcases, then took our clothes off to shower. Come to find out, our shower was completely broken, with only drippings coming out! The room had no heating and was blasting AC that we could only turn low. We were hopping around without clothes, freezing our butts off, calling the front desk. Before we even said anything, they said they would move us to a different room. They must have known that the shower was broken, and yet still allowed people to book the room. This was a terrible experience overall and I don’t know how this hotel has a 4.2 rating.

The rooms were clean, and service was great. As we drove up we were greated by Elizabeth outside at valet, she was very cheerful and helped us with our suitcases and parked our truck in the parking garage. Thank you.

Great Location and Amazing Staff!
Michael was very helpful and friendly too.
Super Close to Discovery Green and George R Brown and Houston popular attractions. Very Walkable plus warm breakfast with many options. The only bad thing was that pool was not heated but I’m sure they can update that otherwise awesome!

Hotel is fine, nothing super great. They didn’t want to give me my 2 free waters for being a Hilton Honor Member. The door handles to your room don’t open the door like a normal handle, instead and turning the handle down like normal, you have to tune the handle up!! Also, the “king” bed is NOT a king; it sleeps more like a queen. The lobby is very large and inviting.
