My room was clean. The staff was really great. They helped me out tremendously because my flight, originally scheduled to land at midnight, didn't land until 5am. They made sure I was already checked in when I arrived so I could just grab a key and get to my room quickly. They also granted me a much needed late check out. I would absolutely stay here again based solely on how accommodating they were.

I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had while delivering an order here 10/30/25 approximately at 6:17am . When I arrived, I greeted the security guard politely — we acknowledged each other with a simple “good morning.” Everything seemed fine at first. But as soon as I entered the building, the same guard suddenly followed me inside and started questioning me aggressively about where I was going, even though I clearly said I was delivering for DoorDash.
Before I could even explain further, the woman at the front desk jumped in and started yelling across the lobby, talking over me, and demanding to know what I was doing there. Both she and the guard were loud, rude, and completely unprofessional — treating me like I didn’t belong there at all.
The way they handled me was unnecessary, humiliating, and felt like clear profiling. I was just trying to do my job, and instead I was disrespected and singled out for no reason. No one deserves to be treated that way — especially not someone just delivering food.
If management cares about their reputation or about basic human respect, they need to seriously retrain or replace their front staff and security. Their behavior was unacceptable and reflects very poorly on this establishment.
