There were roaches, and she had to have her home treated for fleas, and I had a miserable time itching all night long. The manager offered her a refund but did nothing about the $250 pest control bill she got. Then the manager HOLDS THE REFUND HOSTAGE until she takes down the review. So she had to contact corporate, and they gave her the refund - but I just wanted to give my 2 cents as well. The manager also implied in his response to her that we brought the pests in - and uh… how did we get a roach and stick it on the wall? You can even see from other reviews that we are not the first to experience it. It looks like we are the first to experience extortion from the manager - what a pioneer!

The room had fleas, the hallway had roaches, and we had to have our home sprayed when we got back because the fleas came home with us. The manager said he would refund our stay but that still leaves us $200 in the hole for the flea treatment!! Very poor management, will never go to a Hilton again unless this is rectified.

I have been to many Hampton inns across the country this one is the cleanest. The breakfast area was very organized. 2 mornings in a row not a drop of anything I believe the police it after every customer uses it. Hampton Unn Inc here is your example how a first impression should be.
