There were roaches, and she had to have her home treated for fleas, and I had a miserable time itching all night long. The manager offered her a refund but did nothing about the $250 pest control bill she got. Then the manager HOLDS THE REFUND HOSTAGE until she takes down the review. So she had to contact corporate, and they gave her the refund - but I just wanted to give my 2 cents as well. The manager also implied in his response to her that we brought the pests in - and uh… how did we get a roach and stick it on the wall? You can even see from other reviews that we are not the first to experience it. It looks like we are the first to experience extortion from the manager - what a pioneer!
