    I'll be staying at this specific hotel in March and I'm already extremely pleased with their customer service! Camren went above and beyond and really show cased a level of hospitality I haven't received in a while. Please give this man a raise or bonus.

    My wife and I would like to point out the exemplary service given by Van and Cameron at the front desk. We live in Katy, but wanted a weekend away from “life” for my wife’s birthday. Van went above and beyond. Room was clean, we felt extremely safe, and it was everything we hoped for. Van even facilitated surprise chocolate strawberries and champagne for my wife. ❤️ Never again will we even consider another hotel. Van, Cameron, and this location has won our heart. Thank you Van.     We stayed at this hotel while visiting Houston. The hotel is off a main highway. Very noisy if you are staying on side facing the highway. Rooms were big and clean . Beds are very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. The omelet station was out favorite and the cook was very friendly. The front desk staff our 1st night checking in was very nice. The 2nd night the front desk gentleman was somewhat annoyed when I asked for additional towels. Overall the stay was good.

    Extremely Frightening and Unacceptable Safety Failure I am still shaken by what happened during my stay. After checking in and being given my room key, I went up to my assigned room expecting it to be empty and ready, as any guest would. When I walked into the bedroom, I was horrified to find a man already asleep in the bed — with a very large firearm lying next to him. This was an extremely frightening and dangerous situation. I had no way of knowing who this person was, why he was there, or how he would react to a stranger entering the room. For a hotel to place a guest in a room that is already occupied, especially under these circumstances, is a massive failure in safety and security. I immediately left the room and alerted the front desk. While staff were notified, the fact that this could happen at all is deeply concerning. Guests should never have to fear for their lives simply by entering the room they were checked into. This experience has completely destroyed my trust in this hotel’s safety procedures. Proper room verification and security protocols are not optional — they are essential. I would strongly caution others to think twice before staying here until serious improvements are made.

    Van has been an exceptional guest service professional. She’s consistently helpful, answers the phone promptly, and always shows a genuine willingness to assist. Her personality is truly outstanding and she goes above and beyond. She was ready and willing to go out of her way to deliver my colleagues’ work goodie bags and place them in their rooms, up until I came to pick them up instead. Her thoughtfulness and dedication shine through in everything she does. Van is absolutely management material. Alexis is also amazing, sweet, attentive, and always eager to help. Embassy Suites is incredibly lucky to have two remarkable team members like Van and Alexis. We need more people just like them!
