Our west Houston hotel's second floor is dedicated to meetings and events, with 7,000 sq. ft. of flexible space. The only reason we can't give a 5 on the room is due to areas of significant wear on the carpet (2 areas were almost bare). The hotel common areas were very clean and well taken care of. At breakfast we noticed that everything in the chafing dishes we cold or room temperature which we reported. The staff seemed to be aware there was an issue and apologized. We will definitely stay again if we're in the area! Van at the front desk was very helpful and attentive!

From the front desk staff (Van is so welcoming and her customer service is 10/10) to the bar staff and kitchen staff everyone is so great! The shuttle is so convenient and such a useful accommodation. The FREE happy hour amazing and unheard of unless at an all inclusive resort. The free buffet breakfast is also delicious! So happy with all the services at this hotel and happy with my stay.
- DWDebbie WNov 2, 20253.0We’ve stayed here a few times. Never had a problem until this time. Location is close to our family. Rooms are clean. Breakfast is good. We left our room at 9:30a and returned 11 hours later to a room that was never cleaned. Called for clean towels twice, before they arrived 45 minutes later. Had a front-of-the-hotel facing room, which made it impossible to sleep with highway traffic, so very little sleep for two nights.
