Will not stay here ever again I gave them a lot of business in spite of noticing they had ICE staying with them. But Hilton has now formally supported ICE. They lost me.

AC didn't work in first room attendant came by and just opened the door and didn't knock, then stated he fixed it, still didn't work then we were moved to another room where the AC did work and we also found a cockroach. Pool is run down and the whole place is. Best part about this place is the location. As some one who really like the embassy chain this is the worst one I have ever seen.

This location needs lots of help. Starting with the elevators, only one was operational for the whole hotel. The second elevator experienced a critical failure, resulting in an emergency controlled decent, which my family and I got to experience first hand. Let's just say my wife had thoughts of Final Destination for a moment. While there, we never had hot water for our shower, mildly warm, more often cold. Room is dated and needs maintenance. Breakfast was decent, good choice of selections. However, the bright spot was the front of the house. Upon check-in, the young lady had a very cheerful disposition and had me laughing when the system jacked up my reservation. With confirmation in hand, and her light-hearted humor, we worked our way through the issue, and I got to my room. Lastly, my team and I have concerns when we see Houston PD walking around the parking lots and in the lobby. Seems that there have been issues in the past, which I got to see first hand when two people decided to have an all out action-filled couple minutes in the landings.

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I am handicapped and it is a struggle to wrestle my bags up to my room. The first key did not work. back down. The second key to a second room also did not work. The third trip up to a room did work and I got in. I reserved a king snack room. this was two queens, no snacks. I was too tired to care. I also discovered that half of the electrical outlets in the room do not work. The next morning I had appointments. After 16 hours of travelling the day before, I needed a shower, but there was no hot water. I attempted to call down only to discover that the phone in the room was dead. At this point this has to be some kind of joke. This is the room where you put people you don't like. I used my cell phone to call the hotel to inform them that there is no hot water in the hotel and I don't have time for this. They said they would send someone up. No one came. I don't know what they could have done anyway. I'm sure the problem is not in the room. Is there a magic button I can't find that makes the water hot? After 30 minutes I called again. Oh, they didn't come up? We can send someone with a room key if you would like to move. Part of the hotel does have hot water? After another 30 minutes I took a bath in my sink with cold water, packed, and checked straight out. After only one incredibly bad night of what was supposed to be a week long stay, in this terrible hotel. I will never be back.
