Hot tub doesn't work and pool is not heated as it stated. No notification of items not working. Front clerk texted crew, but still could not fix. Reserved a suite and restroom door did not have a lock, outlets were not working, Material of bed was falling apart at the headrest of bed and sofa bed had no sheets/comforter. Felt like we stayed at place worse than a motel 6 or super 8.

You pay $25 a night to park there and they don't tell you until you arrive to check in. Also unexpected amount that I was not told about. If it's for a deposit that needs to be listed. Elevators was very slow Rooms need updated for the price you pay to stay nightly. Will not book here again

I stay with Hilton frequently for business and chose this property for a personal trip using points. Unfortunately, the experience did not reflect the brand standard.
We were significantly overcharged for drinks and a meal. After raising the issue, management later explained that another guest’s tab had been placed on our tab. The suggested resolution was that we contact those guests directly or have them return to the hotel to settle it.. what??
Mistakes can happen, especially during ownership transitions, but asking guests to resolve internal billing errors themselves is not an appropriate solution.
Hilton Honors corporate ultimately stepped in and reimbursed us, and our bank temporarily credited the charges. I appreciate the corporate response, but the property-level handling was disappointing.

Worst Embassy Suites I have stayed in and I won't return. Bed was awful. More water came out of the bathroom sink than the shower. The sofa cushions had multiple stains on them. TV remote batteries were dead. NO muffins were put out that morning and I asked! One set of 2 elevators that was really slow.

Overall, my stay was okay, but this hotel just wasn’t my cup of tea.
The biggest issue is how extremely outdated the property is. The walls looked like they had 15+ layers of paint, and the entire building feels overdue for a renovation. The elevators were very slow and had a hard jolt when stopping. There was a note posted saying repairs were underway, which made sense. The pool area was shabby. I know it’s winter, but I still would have liked to sit poolside and read a book, and it just wasn’t inviting. The booths in the dining area are old and unstable, and you genuinely feel like you are falling when you sit down.
In the room, the toilet would not flush properly unless I held the flapper, which was annoying. While the room was visually clean, I left a drink on the table and came back to find a roach in it, which was disappointing. Housekeeping only cleaned the room once during our three day stay.
On the positive side, the water pressure and temperature were excellent, and the happy hour was a great perk with free drinks. The location is fantastic. The Galleria is about a seven minute walk and very convenient.
This hotel might be a decent option for families looking for an affordable stay, but personally, I would rather pay a premium for a nicer, more updated hotel. The owners really need to put money into updating the property, because the location alone has so much potential
