Although we love this chain, they were working on the elevators and only one of two was available. In addition the shower in our room would not get hot. When running the water in the tub it was hot. However, when we changed it to the shower it got cold quickly. And housekeeping didn't change out it soap so we had none. But there front desk person gave us another room to shower in, so big thanks to her. Hopefully, everything will be fully operational the next visit.

My stay at the Embassy Suites was excellent from start to finish, and a huge part of that was thanks to Arieal. The property itself was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. My room was spacious, the amenities were great.
But what truly set this stay apart was the level of service. Arieal went above and beyond in every interaction. She was warm, professional, and incredibly attentive. Whether I had a question, needed assistance, or just passed by the front desk, she was always helpful with a great attitude. She made the entire experience feel personal and stress-free.
Embassy Suites already offers a great environment, but employees like Arieal make it exceptional. I would happily return and definitely recommend staying here — especially if you get the chance to be helped by her.

This was the only thing wrong with my Birthday weekend. I usually stay at Hampton inn & suites or Hilton garden inn, but wanted to stay here because of the made to order breakfast, Jacuzzi, & room space. Second night overnight we realized the AC wasn’t working it took a minute to realize because it was cold outside at night but it got warm during the day. We told front desk in the AM. They said they would have maintenance look at it. Spent the day out celebrating came back to it still not working. Mind you they only had one elevator that’s slow. Takes forever on a busy night and we stayed on the 5th floor. Next morning told front desk again they said they would look into it. Got back and still not working at this point they tell me ac and heat is down. I contact corporate because this is my last night and I just want to be compensated for the 3 nights I put in a complaint and nothing was done. Jacuzzi and pool was out of order. Elevator out of order. Rooms are old. I don’t even trip like that usually but for it to be my birthday 😡. It really ticked me off. There resolve was 30,000 reward point which equals 1 night at some hotels not even theirs. So now they get this review cuz I will never stay here again. There is a Hilton garden inn next door. If you frequent Hilton properties stay there. The worst embassy ever.

Disappointed Experience at Embassy Suites – Sage Road
I was really looking forward to my stay at the Embassy Suites on Sage Road as a Hilton Honors Silver Member. From the moment my sister and I arrived, we felt welcomed. Faith at the front desk greeted us warmly, explained the benefits of being a Hilton member, and mentioned that one of the perks included four complimentary drinks from the bar. We were genuinely excited and even expressed how grateful we were for such a nice gesture.
After checking in, we went out for dinner around 6:30 PM but decided to cut our dinner short to return and enjoy the complimentary drinks that were part of my member benefits. When we got back to the hotel, we went to the bar and ordered three drinks. Before we could even order the fourth, the bartender presented a ticket and asked if we wanted to charge the drinks to our room. Confused, I explained that we were told our drinks were complimentary.
We went back to the front desk for clarification, and Faith then explained that the complimentary drinks were only available during happy hour. Unfortunately, this information had never been shared at check-in. If it had been, we would have adjusted our dinner plans accordingly.
It wasn’t about the cost of the drinks—it was about the lack of communication and how it made us feel. As loyal Hilton Honors members, I expected clearer communication and better service. The situation left me disappointed and questioning whether the value of being a Hilton member was truly recognized. I hope this feedback encourages better clarity with guests in the future to prevent similar experiences.
Day 2 I sent an email to General Manager because of not being told he wasn't available yesterday by Matthew. Called again today and Matthew says he's not in today and suggested I speak with Associate Manager Victor who wasn't available to speak with me as well. VERY dissapointing that no one of hire management has even attempted to reach out and all of a sudden unavailable when there is a concern. Being a customer of Hilton and witnessing this behavior definately has my eyebrows raised.

In reading some of the reviews from months ago, I see some things never change. I'll start with the positive - breakfast. It did not disappoint. They had the warm made to order section as well as the self serve section with eggs, potatoes, grits, fruits, breads yogurts, etc.
The biggest negative was in the inconsistently working AC. It seemed ok during the day, but at night it very warm and stuffy. We started with it set on 72, then down to 68, then down to 64. It never cooled off. They sent someone to repair it and it was better for a while but then the next night, it stopped working again.
The front desk was pleasant but hard to reach. At check in, we waited almost 20 minutes for someone to even come to the counter. We tried to call the 800 number to see if they could check us in online, but no luck. They even tried calling, but no luck. When the AC stopped working the second night, we were put on hold for 15 minutes. We hung up and called back 5 times and never got anyone to answer. Several times when we were in the lobby, the front desk phone rang for 10-15 minutes before anyone came to the front to answer.
The furnishings are old. The chairs and sofa in our room had VERY obvious stains and rips. The tub had been painted in spots and not very well.
And the elevators...I should say the elevator. There are two in the building, but based on the other reviews, they have no intention of getting the other one up and running. We stay with Embassy Suites quite often, considering most have four (working) elevators, having one working elevator is not the standard we are accustomed to.
I appreciate the feedback I have seen from management, but actually making changes and improvements would be make it a great place to stay!
