Barn doors…are we in 1800s..why every hotel room has to have a barn door let alone bathroom of all places?? Thats the most ridiculous thing ever. There is zero privacy and there is a huge gap between the door and the wall. All sounds and smells travel freely in the room…I mean who does that? The room however was spacious and smelled fresh but in some places it showed its age especially the bathroom looked worn out. Really needs renovations. The breakfast was included and it was good! Omelette is freshly cooked right in front of you. Valet parking is $60 but you can park across the street for much less and still be able to go in and out (I paid $30 for 28 hours). The staircase in the lobby had a decent layer of dust..seems like nobody touched it in a while. Front Desk staff could be a little more welcoming.

Not a pleasant experience, extremely uncomfortable beds and pillows. The king bed was way too small, nasty smell in the room and no insulation as we could hear all street noise at floor 7 in our rooms. Staff was ok, nothing special. Valet guys are ok - not helpful at all with luggage. Being a Hilton Honors it wasn’t any different experience. The only good thing was the hearsay restaurant. Great food and service. Gym was nice and clean.

    1. The fan in the bathroom cannot be turned off. Could not find the switch anywhere 2. Sink in the pantry was clogged and gave a bad smell. When was the last time they check it?!?! 3. Only valet parking, no self parking. 4. It was close to the park.

Had an awesome experience, everyone was so friendly except the bartender at happy hour, but we didn't let her put a damper on our wonderful stay. There was the sweetest guy named Claude who went above and beyond to ensure our special time with our grandkids was a magical one... explaining all the details about the downtown christmas lights and walking us next door to use the pool amenities! He was just truly awesome and we think he should definitely be recognized for his wonderful customer service!
