    So clean the front desk was amazing at making sure we were comfortable they took care of my parents who were visiting me and they loved it

    This hotel is not a Hilton Doubletree Hotel. The elevator is constantly broken. The mattresses are crap. Service in the bar is pathetic. The bartender is always out side smoking. The other bartender is always sitting on her butt watching tv. One front desk person is always on her personal phone talking. You call the front desk nobody answers. You go down there and she is on the phone. Lastly the Wi- Fi is the absolute worst. You think they would be embarrassed about their Wi-Fi but they are not. They are cheap here and so they provide very substandard services for a Hilton hotel. Hilton should remove their franchise label.

    Elevator is broke and based on their signs it’s broke often. Front desk phones are broken as well!

    I tried canceling a reservation I made yesterday (2/9) because my mother is currently in the hospital. My stay wasn’t even until 2/14–2/15, but they refused to cancel it and said I’d still be charged for one night. The front desk associate told me their GM would not waive the fee. I’m honestly disappointed that there was no compassion or flexibility given the situation. I will not be booking with this Hilton again. This experience was really disheartening.

    I had a great stay at this hotel and was especially impressed with both the room and the restaurant bar. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well set up for work, with a large desk, strong Wi-Fi, and air conditioning that worked exceptionally well—something I really appreciate when traveling. I ended up dining at the restaurant bar two nights in a row, and the food was excellent both times. What truly stood out, though, was the service. Mariah provided outstanding service—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming—which made the experience even better. Because of the overall comfort of the stay and the excellent service, especially from Mariah, I already plan to stay here again next month. Highly recommend.
