Nice clean room. However, there was a smell which I assume was cleaning product. Otherwise, it was a good stay.

I had a great stay! Rooms were clean and had modern furniture and fixtures. The area felt safe too. Regarding customer service, everyone I ran into was very friendly. In particular, Mike was very knowledgeable and kind. My only constructive feedback is for the AC unit. It put out sufficient air but was a little noisy. It didn’t bother me, I’m only mentioning so others are aware. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and felt it was a great value.

It was just "ok." We stayed here for an overnight getaway on an anniversary trip and to be closer to some activities on or quick getaway. Booked it bc we wanted something a little more than a HGI or Hampton Inn. While the hotel was clean and room was tidy, the room felt cheap for DT brand compared to other stays I've had for the brand. Basically a HGI room and hotel. Bed was hard, chair was incredibly uncomfortable, AC unit was noisy and room didn't maintain temp well, and the walls are thin. There was no channel guide on the TV or paper version in the room. In fact, there was not a single piece of Hilton documentation or greeting anywhere in the room. The hallways also had an incredibly strong deodorizer smell that was far too intense and left us wondering if it was trying to mask other odors. It's not a deal breaker by any means but I was never offered one of their trademark signature cookies while I stayed there. If those are going to be something you're known for, your front desk folks should offer them to your guests.
