I met the manager, I think his name is Alex…he went above and beyond for me on this trip. The restaurant and its staff was also great every time. I’m a diamond member for 3 years now and I make the trip from Dallas to Houston every week. This is my new go-to hotel. Thanks guys.

I usually worry for her safety when she gets random attacks and i feel relieve that someone was kind to her during these moments and allowed her to be in a safe place. Would recommend this place and their staff to anyone visiting.

Customer service here is no joke, and I would really recommend this place to anyone because of how well the treatment is.

DON'T OFFER IT IF U DON'T WANT GUEST TO USE IT. I definitely will be locking my card since it's too late to cancel my 11/15/2025 reservation because of this inconvenience.
