- AAArun Alexander4 days ago1.0WORST EXPERIENCE! Arrived hotel around 11.30pm after a long drive as a pit stop for out trip, noticed that there is a parking fee even though you have reservations. Tried paying through the PMC parking website and it ends the session immediately after we start the parking session. Happened to us 3times and everytime it charged us $15.15, expressed the concern to the reception staff and she said she is have no idea, after about $46 after our room payment in drain we finally get to sleep at 1.00am. Management has no idea who they are contracted with on parking and this parking company has no customer service number also. No one is able to help us with that Glitch. The Rooms are dated and we noticed the AC is weak.

Security in the parking lot at night gave peace of mind, extra entrances to parking lot are gated with security at night. Hotel is clearly older, but it has been recently updated and well kept. Service was excellent. Enjoyed breakfast at The Landing. Parking is not free, but I didn’t mind that trade for better security. Would stay here again if I needed a spot near Hobby airport

We love the new parking check in system….so convenient! Our room is huge and the bed is so comfy!! And, of course, the cookies are always Yummilicious!!!!
- WBWayne BurtonOct 18, 20254.0Nice hotel. Conveniently located near Hobby airport. Pool feels like the Arctic Ocean temp. Jack in the Box located next door. Not much else around for eateries. Stayed here on October 10th, 2025 the day before we set sail. Woke up on the 11th morning and went to get their free breakfast buffet just to find out that they were not having it that week……and they wanted us to eat and pay for the menu items. High priced. October 19th stayed here on the way home. Pool water was arctic cold. We ate at the Board walk restaurant and it was very good and reasonably priced. The front desk allowed us to check in 5 hours early which was greatly appreciated since once we did not have a car to go venture off for 5 hours. This is the second round trip stay we have enjoy here and will stay again next year. This hotel offers a free shuttle that is 24 hours and leaves every 15 minutes for the airport.
