I was forced to the church parking lot. The church security guard was wonderful and walked me to the hotel entrance.

The rooms are nice, but in need of upgrades. The tvs sole.purpose is to have you purchase a move. The entire system needs an upgrade. Channels not available, difficult navigating thru the menu. No Netflix options. Like most shared.parking lots in Houston, they are focused on parking for profit and offering substandard, undermanned, overpriced valet. Calling for your car takes too long and the open level.parking is crowded and difficult to navigate. It's not clear enough to navigate getting checked in. For a hotel this size, the bar closes at 10p. I'd advise ubering out for the Monday night football games.
