My stay began on a very disappointing note. I was visiting to celebrate my birthday, and unfortunately, several aspects of the experience fell short. The initial service from the front desk staff was minimal, with no explanation of hotel amenities or notification of issues such as the escalator from the parking garage being out of service. I believe this information should be communicated, especially when guests are directed to park in the garage.
Additionally, the room did not meet the standards I expect from a Hilton brand property. There were visible stains on the flooring, stained light fixtures, and dim lighting in the bathroom. Overall, the hotel appears to be in need of a significant upgrade.
That said, after speaking with a manager/supervisor, Robin, my experience improved considerably. She was exceptionally pleasant, professional, and attentive. Her positive demeanor and willingness to follow up made a meaningful difference in my stay. Had it not been for her assistance and customer-focused approach, I would have checked out early. Because of her, I was able to make the best of the remainder of my visit.

Condensate tube leaking into sink - on purpose; shower knob loose, tub faucet loose. Shared with receptionist - she cut me off - I think they've heard it so many times they just automatically offer another room. She said maintenance needed to check out the new room first. Time went by, no response. I reach out, another receptionist immediately gives me a new room number - we went to the room before moving in and found it had the exact same issues! This place is falling apart, and the staff are helpless - just complaint takers, really, Oh, and we had been upgraded to a corner room - so much for that. Last year it was supposedly being renovated...but none of the rooms. Really disappointing. We checked out and went to a different hotel.
RESPONSE to RESPONSE: I emailed the address on the receipt; no response. So I have contacted the hotel. Perhaps you should reach out to them.

Do not stay at this hotel - it's run down and the staff could not care less about their visitors.
Our room had a water overflow pipe leaking on to the bathroom sink (intentionally - see photo) and it splashed all over the bathroom counter. If you have any kind of immune issues then this will get you in trouble real fast. Asked for another room and wanted to see it before we moved but they insisted we first had to pack/check out before they would let us even see another room. We did and it had the exact same issue thus we left.
The staff could not care less about this and other issues with the rooms.

Crap old hotel! Escalators from parking garage haven’t worked for over 5 months and no signage to tell you til you get to them after unpacking etc!! Self park is NOT to be used if you are handicapped at all. There’s not even a ramp for your bags as you must lift them over the curb. Parking garage is scary confusing and miserable. We booked a king, they only wanted to give us a queen until we made a big fuss! Will NEVER stay here again. Owner and managers should be ashamed!! Valet employees were nice and helpful.
