The staff is great and knowledgeable and it looks like they’re making improvements all around to the rooms and property. I’ll be coming back here whenever I’m in town. The fact that it’s also near a lot of great restaurants makes it an easy choice to stay at. Highly recommend.

I don’t come here with roaches so I don’t want to leave with them either!!!!! The front desk lady gave very unpleasant looks because I complained that there were roaches!! She portrays to be kind and professional but on the other hand very judgmental and unjust. She also reported to the third party companies that can also be used to book that the rooms were full but when visited other sites they were 5 rooms available! She did this to force guest to use higher paying websites like IHG and higher paying companies! This is very disgusting customer service an if some third parties are cheaper than she feel they should be maybe they should opt of contract of the cheaper third party connects! I wish I had read the reviews first. What I thought was going to be peaceful and comfortable stay turned out to be something else! So disappointed
