- VGveronica gallegosDec 14, 20251.0We stayed for one night Myself my 2 girls and my son at this location, 14753 North Fwy, Houston, TX 77090, while everything else was great, I asked for an additional shower towel the morning of check out and was told they do not have anymore and could only give me what they had which was not even a big towel, because of the fact that other guest keep taking towels so they could only supply us what is already in the room, We drove from San Antonio to Houston for a tournament here for a trip that was already paid for a car rental, paid hotel and paid tournament, I think I could afford a towel if that was the case, maybe this is something they should let guest know at the time of check in so they come prepared
