  My wife and i stayed here and it was horrible the first day we got there our mattress was stained and smelled like urine we also took pics of the mattress which my wife spoke with front desk and they moved us rooms. When we checked out we drove 6 hours to get home when we arrived home my wife noticed she was missing a purse which she only had at the hotel she called the hotel multiple times they never answered which lead her to call corp. Corp also called the hotel they didnt answer them either which lead them to send an email. They finally answered her until the afternoon she only called once and the manager didnt really help she just told her no one has turned anything in which my wife understands she did not call and called no one thief which she actually recorded the call and never mentioned that at all. All she wants is help from the hotel to check cameras because she did leave credit cards and cash in there she never once mentioned her ID was in there so i dont know where the owner is getting the ID part from. Of course we filed a police report her purse was left there with cash and CC. All we want was to get help from the hotel and they have not helped at all. As per the reply the employee no longer works there ? But later on the reply they did say they had trust worthy employees? The reply doesnt make sense. Why fire someone if according to your reply you have trustworthy employees.We will continue calling corp till we get this issue resolved and the help we need!

  Do not stay here! I checked in on first day my bed smelled like pee! I checked the mattress and it was stained with pee I moved rooms and they stole my purse and my credit cards inside my purse as well as cash. Left that purse in the room Called and they made fun of the situation the manager is unprofessional they have not helped at all let her know I was filling a police report because she didn’t want to check cameras or help and she laughed and said go ahead and do a police report they won’t do anything about it. According to her she has been managing hotels for 18 years and she knows how it works. Never staying here again!

  The staff here are wonderful. Very kind, and good natured. The second floor balcony situation was neat. The floors were kind of gross and I saw a roach in the bathroom.
