Me gustó mucho la decoración, se siente un ambiente muy acogedor. Limpieza: Todo impecable, desde las zonas comunes hasta el cuarto. Un 10 en este aspecto. Restaurante: La comida es muy, muy buena. Hay muchísimos platos para elegir y todo lo que probamos estaba delicioso. Horario: Es un puntazo que el restaurante esté abierto todo el día hasta las 23:00h. Te da muchísima libertad para comer o cenar sin prisas. En general, todo muy bien organizado y de calidad. ¡Muy recomendado!

I stayed there for five nights and out of that three nights did not have hot water. Upon checking out from the hotel the front desk representative apologized for the inconvenience and promised they will give me complementary couple of days stay for free due to having no hot water for three days. When contacted them later for those complimentary nights stay they did not honor the complimentary stay and said I had to pay. Why would I pay the hotel from my pocket where I had to stay with much inconvenience and problem due to having no hot water as hot water is a necessity and my stay was ridiculous and very inconvenience and I will not recommend this place to anyone. There is a bunch of hotels around in that area, which I believe follow the rules of hospitality and treat their guests the way they supposed to be treated. I don’t want Anyone to go Through problems and inconvenience I had to go through so please look at their ratings and reviews before you book reservation with this hotel.
