  My original plan after checking in was to stay just a few days and then move to an Airbnb, but I’ve now been here for three weeks and still counting, thanks largely to Diana encouraging me to stay. Diana and Stacy have been outstanding—friendly, helpful, and true night owls. Unfortunately, one of the newer night staff members could improve on basic courtesy, as a simple greeting goes a long way. I was also disappointed when I renewed for one week (April 11th–18th) and was charged $63 per day, while others were paying the usual weekly rate of $50 per day. It was Diana who clarified the correct weekly rate for me, which I then raised with management when I renewed again from April 18th to May 2nd. Overall, it’s a quiet and affordable place to stay. My only other concern is that some residents could be more respectful and considerate toward the younger staff, especially those working the night shift.

  The staff has been more then helpful throughout my stay. Management and owner has asked me on several occasions if i needed anything and am i having a good stay. That means alot. The beds are soft and comfortable. It has a full kitchen including microwave stove top and dishwasher. They provide everything you need to cook with from the pans to the utensils and plates. The laundry room is also free. The rooms are a lil outdated like the curtains and a couple other little things but overall my stay has been more than welcoming. IHG properties needs to do better on their piont scale. I have stayed here for almost a month and was only able to get a small discount for only one night of my stay. Not even a free night after staying here for 27 days is crazy.

  Would not stay here, the GM is rude and disrespectful, he likes to be petty and kick people out even if they're not causing problems, you cant hangout with friends that stay there because if you do the hotel will tell you rudely to get off the property, the rooms has roaches and half the time a lot of the things in the rooms wont work, they say there is washers and dryers that work which is a complete lie( they recently took out all the washers), the hottub doesnt even work and they wont fix it or at least try to fix it, they like to keep up charging the rent every month, sooo I would not recommend staying here nor give them your money This hotel is one of the worse hotels to stay at and keep in mind most of the people that stays there are students lol but anyway yea worse hotel i have ever been too

  Friendly staff. Very clean and comforting prepared suites for you to feel at home. Definitely will be coming back!

  Very convenient location, owners are very promising in delivering good customer service. They are in the process of major renovations, can't wait to see it in its full grandeur. All the best.
