We used Booking.com to book but she made sure to tell us all the info about the IHG rewards, we then signed up and now we are getting points for the stay. She's very informative and professional. - DBDaniel BApr 21, 20265.0Tiffany at the front desk was awesome during my checkout. There was a pretty chaotic situation with another guest who was yelling, and she handled it really well. She stayed calm, professional, and didn’t let it throw her off at all. I actually paused for a minute because I was a little worried for her, but she clearly had everything under control. Not an easy situation, and she handled it better than most people would. If she’s not already in a management role, she definitely has the mindset for it. Really solid employee and great representation of the hotel.

When we checked in, as we walked down the hall to the elevator, got hit with pot smell. In our room, there was a towel from the previous tenant still on the door, hair on the floor and the toilet didnt flush right. Took 4 flushes for just a small piece of toilet paper. The dishwasher in the kitchenette wouldnt close because the racks were messed up. Couldnt push sleeper sofa closed because it was broke. Lamp didnt work because it was hanging by one wire. Cant get air in the bedroom. And everytime we left the room or came back we walked through thick pot smell, so bad made my fiance sick. Pool is covered with wood so the pictures are misleading. This place is a joke.
