  How utterly humiliating and embarrassing. I just walked into the lobby holding my phone and tripod waiting for a client to come down so we could go shoot some pictures. I hadn't been sitting down even 2 minutes when the desk clerk walks up to me asking me to leave. He then makes the comment there's a lot of break-ins here and I'm not allowed to be in the lobby. He keeps telling me to identify myself and then proceeds to pick up the phone and pretend to call the police on me telling me that I am trespassing and that the cops are on the way. Rude disrespectful and after I call him out for pretending to call the cops he says that I'm not allowed to be in the building and now that he's really going to call them on me. I know what it feels like to be racially profiled and this is horrible service at its finest. It's one thing to communicate that I'm not allowed to be in the building to wait on somebody if that was even true I asked for the policy he just said I was trespassing. Mind you I'm dressed very nice in the polo and no reason to believe that I was some bum off of the street. I hope this is not a representation of your company, because this is a horrible employee. Can't tell you what his name is because he didn't wear a name tag. Older guy Indian descent literally just racially profiled me and said I was trespassing after sitting down for less than 2 minutes in the lobby. Great job Best Western.

  Hotel Owner was unwilling to change booking even though we were in side the required timeframe per the policy. We stayed in this hotel as profided via the First booking app for 2025 worlds. We need to remove the last night due to a very early flight out of Houston. This was initiated in the time to make changes. Greedy owner/manger did not want to make this possible.

  We had our staff who stayed there for 4 days with no complaints. Rooms were decent and breakfast was on time. And the best catch is, it's just 25 mins from the airport. I would say, they really keep the hotel clean and there was no noise after 9pm. The night guy at the front desk is amazing with fluent English and is very helpful. I would really recommend this hotel, especially for business personals and families.

  Beware of this place it’s garbage and the owner or staff they have are rude and need to be reported for lack of communication and education he was unrespectful about hisself of being a man just a awfully horrible person this place will not make you feel welcomed if you want to feel like a human then go somewhere else

  Had a bad stay at this hotel Do not stay here. Bad management very rude.I scheduled for a 3 day stay for 4 adults 2 children under 10 yrs.Two Queens bed and a sofa bed.They took my deposit cuz I violated the people count when I went to the office to updated my guest. Plus they are going to charge me violation fee of $250 dlls extra plus my deposit total of 750 it’s so ridiculous. We didn’t make any noise with the kids or we didn’t destroyed their property. They are not kids friendly. Do not book here you will get charges from any little things from the management. 0 stars never again.pool was closed, lobby area closed during the day so we couldn’t launch there either felt like it was a jail, and manager said he keeps watching the cameras all the time.
