No ugly smells like other hotels I've stayed at. I felt safe at night because of the night time security. You need a parking pass to enter the property at night. 1 way in/out. Right in the middle of downtown Houston. I would definitely stay here again

After returning home to Arizona, I realized I had accidentally left behind thousands of dollars’ worth of dress clothes in my room. As you can imagine, I was incredibly stressed. I reached out to the hotel, and from the moment Heath got involved, everything changed. He was professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to helping me. Heath personally ensured that my items were located quickly, kept me updated throughout the entire process, and arranged for them to be carefully packaged and shipped back to me right away. His level of care, attention to detail, and sense of urgency went far above and beyond what I would expect from any hotel experience. It’s rare to come across someone who takes such pride in their work and truly prioritizes guest satisfaction. Heath turned what could have been a very upsetting situation into a seamless and positive experience. Because of him, I will absolutely be staying at this hotel again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Houston. Exceptional service like this deserves to be recognized—thank you, Heath!
