- MGMisty GarzaJun 24, 20252.0Our family and friends stay here for a softball tournament. Upon arrival we checked in and went to our room. Found the room had not been cleaned. Asked the cleaning ladies and the room was not on either schedules..ok honest mistake. So we left our bags and other items and went downstairs to wait 30 minutes for them to clean it. Come back to the room and they had taken our laundry soap and box of ice packs for the girls. My husband went to the front desk and told her. After 45 minutes they finally located our items and returned them. When the hotel reviewed my email they pretty much just said sorry you were not happy with your stay. What? Someone tried to steal from us! So stay here at your own risk! Don’t leave anything in your room you don’t want taken! Front desk was very nice! Also some man came in on Saturday night yelling loudly at the employee about a wet floor. Very unprofessional and not appropriate way to deal.

Windows leaked a little during a hard storm which also caused the DirecTV service to stop working, but internet worked fine and the entire place was relatively clean. Nice pool but putting the work out facility right next to the indoor pool might not be the best idea.
