I fell over an unmarked step and the general manager has been (cowardly) dodging my calls to avoid responsibility. They offered me a coupon to come back, as if I’d want to return to a place that got me hurt. Definitely don’t EVER expect a returned call for any reason. Also, the air actually tastes like cows’ you-know-what.

The individual who checked me in wasn't friendly. Lacking in bedside manners, so to speak. I was never informed about free breakfast, which was found by looking here.
The room was very clean, with ample space. AC was a blessing, nice and cool.
Attention is needed for the office chairs in the rooms. The one in this room was very wobbly. I was concerned it would fall to the side or even go too far to the rear, dumping me on the floor. Hate to see a lawsuit over a simple replacement, or repair that was neglected.
All in all, I'd stay again.
