- KKKam KronenbergDec 5, 20251.0I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, had a very upsetting experience. I got bed bugs. The room itself looked clean at first glance but ended up with bites all over my body. I hope management addresses this promptly, professionally, and thoroughly so that no future guest has to deal with the same problem. Until then, I unfortunately cannot recommend this property.

They asked for my credit card, supposedly to keep it on file, and they charged me. I spoke to the owner, and she told me they hadn't charged me, but it was a lie. We stayed in room 211, and there are a lot of cockroaches. It's the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. It's been 5 days, and they're still charging me. There I put a photo of the cell phone number of the hotel owner that they gave me at the office.
