This place is big trash. Don't stay here don't give this place any business

The location was exactly what I needed, with several dining and coffee options within walking distance, which made everything easy. The room itself was clean, quiet, and comfortable, with a solid workspace and plenty of lighting, which is always appreciated when you actually need to get things done. The front desk staff were consistently helpful, answering questions and making it easy to get information about the hotel and the surrounding area without any runaround. It felt like they actually wanted to help, which goes a long way. Breakfast was the standard IHG setup, no surprises there, but the manager’s reception with free drinks was a nice, low-key bonus. Nothing flashy, just a relaxed and thoughtful touch for guests. Overall, a really strong stay. I’d absolutely come back.
