Very disappointed because we are doing this ahead of time and willing to pay the difference price. They also are declining to make a full refund if we cancel since there’s not “availability” on the date needed. Now we will lose this money and need to book elsewhere.

On another important note-I left a bag with plenty of value (wallet/cash/jewelry ect) and got everything back in the mail! An honest, friendly staff and responsive management!
