On another important note-I left a bag with plenty of value (wallet/cash/jewelry ect) and got everything back in the mail! An honest, friendly staff and responsive management! - ATAlexander TDec 16, 20255.0I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels, the room service here are the kindest and nicest of all of the rooms I’ve ever stayed in. As far as the rooms themselves go; check for mold in the AC. It took several attempts to get maintenance to service mine, and then it completely stopped blowing cold air after they came to “service” it. If you have loud neighbors it might be easy to hear them through the thinner walls, otherwise the rooms themselves are very clean.

When I needed to extend my stay, she explained my options clearly and made the whole process smooth. She even ensured I could stay in the same room without any inconvenience, which I truly appreciated. Her attitude, patience, and customer service are outstanding. Irene is one of the main reasons this hotel feels organized , welcoming, and stress-free. She is a real asset to this property.
