The front desk experience was HORRIBLE, so rude and basically, I feel like this individuals don’t want to work here. I saw multiple guests leaving and saying thank you to the staff and they didn’t have the respect to even respond, spend more time looking at her phone that offering respect to the customers. I had to ask a few questions and they barely responded to me. I want to mention one guy early AM was educated and good, also the workers in the restaurant. I also noticed a few reviews of people having the same issues in the past few months, and looks like management hasn’t made any changes. I’m definitely not coming back here.
