The unsure receptionist answered “yes it can be used” low and behold 21 days later after tipping the staff graciously I have been left with a bill for over $100 after calling to try and get some clarification I was told there is nothing they can do. Just be warned even if you are told yes the bill will be the final tale unfortunately.
- BBBill BraatenNov 16, 20255.0I have been there as part of a Red Cross disaster response, I was there for an event supporting the victims of flooding, and I was there just Saturday passed for a banquet, My only slightly negative critique is it's a little cold in there but I have a feeling that's a function of if there are four or five hundred people in there it's hard for the air conditioner to keep up so they keep it a little on the cool side. If you have a conference this is your spot in Harlingen

The door to the restroom is a sliding door with the rail constantly getting stuck where you have to pull really hard to close and due to this issue my wife caught her fingers in between the wall and the door and cause a huge cut and bruised. Went down to the front desk to ask for first aid kid which they don’t have much and trying to call customer service to raise the awareness of this issue keep getting hang up and it’s been a month now still no response from the company. If you are staying here with kids or elderly plz be careful with the door!! It’s super hard to close and once you put your whole force into it the door slide like nothing and the door is heavy!!! Be careful don’t let what happened to us happen to you or your family!! Attachment was the picture taken at the time of the incident
