  I can not recommend this hotel because they do not manage guests who are disturbing other guests. The people in the room above me have continually let their child run back and forth from one end of the room to another and use the rolling ottoman as a toy pushing it around their room. It was occurring this afternoon and now for over 2 hours this evening and continues as I write this review. I spoke with the front desk personnel this afternoon and now 3 times this evening, I even played them a video so they could hear the loud noise penetrating into our room. The front desk personnel told me to bang on the ceiling or go knock on the their door. I refused to do either. I asked to switch rooms and was told no other room was available. I asked to speak to a manager and they gave me the phone number to the front desk. So even though it is clean with nice decor and a good restaurant with very friendly staff don’t stay here especially if you get the bad luck of the draw of loud disturbing guests adjoining you or above you because they will do nothing about it!

  I was staying in the hotel for 21 days in November of 2025 and shortly after checking in I asked the receptionist if my gold member food and beverage credit carried over to gratuity. The unsure receptionist answered “yes it can be used” low and behold 21 days later after tipping the staff graciously I have been left with a bill for over $100 after calling to try and get some clarification I was told there is nothing they can do. Just be warned even if you are told yes the bill will be the final tale unfortunately.

  I have been there as part of a Red Cross disaster response, I was there for an event supporting the victims of flooding, and I was there just Saturday passed for a banquet, My only slightly negative critique is it's a little cold in there but I have a feeling that's a function of if there are four or five hundred people in there it's hard for the air conditioner to keep up so they keep it a little on the cool side. If you have a conference this is your spot in Harlingen
