I was on the 4th floor and our key didn't work and when i went back down she didn't even apologize. Once i got into the room it smelled so bad and the AC didn't work. The dishwasher had not been cleaned and had moldy water in it. i will not be staying here again

And im going to ask to change. Let me start by saying the staff is generally mostly helpful and it seems they're held back from being able to do more. Thats all i have positive to say. Now then... the whole hotel smells weird... everywhere, theres no breakfast, the utensils within the room are lacking, missing, or not offered, the TVs dont work, the internet is not great, the room service is by request and they dont seem to really do anything, the water pressure in the shower is poor and will randomly cut out, none of the electronic gym equipment works. Im certain im missing some frustrations but that's just from the top of my head. Just avoid this place, it genuinely sucks.

The room has an old stale smell. The hallways definitely need repainting. They need some drywall work. The tub is rusted. I only had to stay here one night, but I will not be returning.
