- TOThomas OsowskiFeb 23, 20261.0Can you say dump? If you can't you will if you ever stay here. I have traveled extensively for the last 30 years and have never stayed at a worse hotel. As soon as we walked in the room this dank musty oder hit us. Didn't think much of it at the time. As time went on my mom's allergies flared up, coughing, runny nose, and itchy eyes. The next day I noticed the AC unit was making a funny noise, I wiggled the cover a little and it fell off. I almost lost my lunch when I saw what was inside. It was so dirty and full of mold I'm surprised it worked at all. Showed the front desk the picture of the AC unit and asked to be put in another room and was told they didn't have any. This was supposed to be an extended stay hotel, they had no utensils, and no pots or pans. There wasn't even a coffee maker in the room. Every time I went to the desk to ask for an item that should be in the room, they said they couldn't find any and said to come back in the morning. We were supposed to stay a week, we found another hotel after two nights. Do yourself a favor, never stay at this dump!!

- FGFermin GonzalesJan 20, 20262.0This location definitely needs to be renovated and monies be reinvested to compete with the Competion. No breakfast, No bar, no snacks. Dirty rooms,,old furniture and falling apart ,dirty tubs,dirty windows, silverwear. Too dog friendly , i had to ask to be moved because of irritants in the air in the room coming from the central air window unit. Tub had water spout sticking out of the wall about 3 inches. Untrained building matenance personnel doing repairs on tubs ( caulking) Smokers standing in front of hotel instead of smoking in designated areas. Competion is stiff and costly to ignore basic building maintence and provide expectations of "The Guest" Local and out of state visitors.

I was on the 4th floor and our key didn't work and when i went back down she didn't even apologize. Once i got into the room it smelled so bad and the AC didn't work. The dishwasher had not been cleaned and had moldy water in it. i will not be staying here again
