  This location has been going downhill pretty quick, was my go to place when I got into town but will have to find a new place to stay. Very dirty rooms, stained sheets, dirty walls, mold in the showers, nothing seems to be wiped down. Asked for a different room, same issues. Was told no other rooms were available.

  The pictures on their website and on booking sites are either highly outdated or incredibly photoshopped because the property looks nothing like this. The parking is minimal, they allow pets/service animals, but there is nearly no place to walk your dogs to use the restroom, there is moldy/mildewing grout lines in the bathroom, the carpet has stains all over, if you don't keep the A/C at a very cold temperature, you can feel humidity in the rooms, and the furniture has severe wear marks. My room only had 1 night stand in it. Also, if you have a service animal, be prepared to pay an animal fee unless you're an IHG rewards member because when I was checking in, the guy at the front asked if I was aware of IHG's animals fees and then asked if I was an IHG rewards member. After he pulled up my account, he told me that they would waive the animals fees since I was an IHG rewards member, even though my dogs were service animals. This property lacks education and training, clean rooms, adequate parking, and places for you to walk your dogs.

  I have been staying in this hotel for 3 Months now due to renovation on my apartment 3 weeks ago I went and told them that my daughter saw a rat in my room , and I’m still with the same issue I asked to speak to a manager and he or she never seems to be present I bought new food and it made holes and nippled on most of it 150 dollars down the drain I can’t wait to go back to my place !!!! Don’t stay here save your money

  Can you say dump? If you can't you will if you ever stay here. I have traveled extensively for the last 30 years and have never stayed at a worse hotel. As soon as we walked in the room this dank musty oder hit us. Didn't think much of it at the time. As time went on my mom's allergies flared up, coughing, runny nose, and itchy eyes. The next day I noticed the AC unit was making a funny noise, I wiggled the cover a little and it fell off. I almost lost my lunch when I saw what was inside. It was so dirty and full of mold I'm surprised it worked at all. Showed the front desk the picture of the AC unit and asked to be put in another room and was told they didn't have any. This was supposed to be an extended stay hotel, they had no utensils, and no pots or pans. There wasn't even a coffee maker in the room. Every time I went to the desk to ask for an item that should be in the room, they said they couldn't find any and said to come back in the morning. We were supposed to stay a week, we found another hotel after two nights. Do yourself a favor, never stay at this dump!!
