Had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Check in was very quick, courteous and acknowledged my diamond status. The room was very clean and had no smell at all. Overall, the night was very quiet and in the morning, the shower was nice and hot. Breakfast was the usual hotel buffet, but it was good and fresh. Nice location right by the highway. Also a good chinese restaurant right down the street. Recommend this hotel highly.

The room smelled of mold and mildew! We asked as soon as we walked in there to change rooms. We were told no because all rooms were the same. We were offered a dehumidifier from one of the men working at the desk, as he told the other that some people are more sensitive to smells than others. (If they have dehumidifiers to offer, this is obviously a problem that has existed for a while at this hotel.) We were angry, but we knew we were going to be charged $136, so we stayed. The next morning when we opened the curtains, there was a hole in the ceiling from an obvious leak that they once had. I could not believe it! There is no way all of the rooms were the same as this! We were livid. Instead of allowing us to change rooms (and they were not sold out that night…it was a Thursday in September), we had to stay in this room on the bottom floor, which clearly had items that once had gotten wet and then grew mold and mildew! We were livid. We were supposed to stay another night, but we made sure to check out before 11 that morning, and we headed to a different hotel! Our allergies have been acting up ever since. We will not be going back.
