- PPpocu321Nov 30, 20251.0My last visit was good but the room tonight is substandard. There is no bright light at all. The prongs on the corner light are bent so I can't plug it in. The bedside lights are golden yellow and dim. The desk lights are poorly lit. There is a supplemental touch light on the desk but the brightest setting doesn't help at all. Honestly I can deal with all of that but the screws on the door stop for security is coming out of the wall. I am going to have to run to the store to pick up some extra security. Leaving pictures of the lighting and door stop. Unfortunately I don't see a location to add video so I will post it on social media for my own protection just in case. I still have to make it through the night. Edit: the front desk rep Jay tried to screw the door stop in properly but it was still very flexible. He said he would put in a work order. He gave us a second room. The lighting is much better and door stop works properly.

Couldn't change rooms my company put me in a single bed room. I heard the Best Western next door is very nice. Oh yea water pressure in shower sucks.
