  This has to be the most unprofessional Holiday Inn Express ever! The young manager refused to allow us to check in and then refused to issue a refund. He was able to play and act silly with his friends who were there but couldn’t be professional enough to check someone in. Said my very valid drivers license wasn’t valid and that it was at his discretion to honor it or not and he was not and would not honor my Priceline check in that I paid for nor would they issue a refund. He was extremely rude and unprofessional and down right hateful. I have never had an issues with any other holiday inn express. So I went up the road and was able to check in at comfort Inn and suites without any issues and the lady at comfort inn was so sweet and professional. Save yourself a hassle and drive another mile and go to comfort inn and suites. The rooms are super nice and the staff very professional.

  This is by far the dirtiest Holiday Inn I’ve ever been to and I travel all over the U.S. for work. I walked into my room (King Suite with jet tub, room 317) to find it unclean from whoever stayed previously, black mold all over the air vents, smelled horrible, drywall all busted up and tape pealing everywhere from the moisture in the room, and the jet tub is a regular small bath tub with a shower. I went back to the front desk to tell the guy that the room wasn’t clean and he acted irritated and/or inconvenienced. The second room (King Suite, room 219) wasn’t as disgusting as the first, but still generally dirty. The carpet is sticky and the cleaning is not very good at all. There wasn’t any visible black mold on the ac, so I powered through and stayed since it was already very late and I couldn’t drive anymore for the day. I highly recommend staying away from this location unless you want to spend way too much money for a dirty room

  In.town for a tournament. Room was sub par. No coffee maker. Problems with the toilet flushing. Room was certainly not worth what we paid. Front desk staff is miserable. We met a man.in.the elevator who likened his room to an outhouse. Clearly he was exaggerating but when we saw our room, we could understand his disappointment with the accommodations. Will never stay here again nor will we recommend it to anyone. A real disappointment

  Absolutely not worth the money for what you get. Our first room smelled musty, some of the lights didn't work and there were toilet issues. Called the front desk and asked for an upgraded room since it showed the prices were the same for our King room as a king suite with a whirlpool. He charged me extra anyway. Turns out the "whirlpool" is actually just a dirty jetted tub. You could tell that the front desk could barely tolerate the travelers and exhibited forced politeness. And don't bother replying with a rewritten message saying how much you "value" feedback and strive to do better. If you truly respected the feedback you have received, you would've already engaged in making the changes you so frequently promise your guests who take the time to write a review. The only thing that would make me happy is a refund. Don't waste your money on poor hospitality and an unpleasant room. My college dorm room was nicer than this. At least the bathtub was clean.
