The beds were so comfortable, the hotel was clean, the staff super friendly and the space for breakfast was spacious. My kids loved the Texas shaped waffles.

- SMSusan MedlinMar 12, 20263.0The hotel is pleasant in it’s appearance when you pull up. The lobby is clean and the staff was welcoming. However, there was only one employee to meet the needs of several people at the counter at the same time. This challenged the employee to be as pleasant as she might have otherwise been. A significant problem is that the door latches on guest rooms throughout the facility evidently are difficult to operate. Ours was actually loose in its installation. We were told by a maintenance employee that all the latches are to be replaced sometime this year. We had to make two trips back to the front desk and change our room before another guest who stays here frequently finally showed us how to operate the door latch. A hotel maintenance employee showed up to help us after we were already through the door. On the positive side, our room was clean with basic amenities available. The beds and pillows were comfortable, coffee decent, water adequately warm in the shower.
