  The shuttle picked me up at the airport and then took me to where I needed to go the next day. Great service! Complimentary hot breakfast is typical with 2 styles of eggs, sausage, potatoes, etc. Some new drapes for this room on the ground floor would be nice, providing privacy from the cars right outside your window.

  The beds were incredibly soft, and the pillows were just right—super comfortable overall. The blankets were phenomenal, and the shower stayed nice and warm, which made for a relaxing stay. The only downside was some strange scratching and movement noises coming from the wall during the night. It honestly sounded like either an animal in the walls or maybe a pet in the next room. It woke me up twice, and at one point I even knocked on the wall just to get it to stop for a bit. As I am typing this I am listening to the wall animal. I came back to update the noises became louder and more annoying so we left. I tried knocking on the walls to get the thing to stop but nothing changed. It sounds like they have a severe infestation of some kind, I have never in my life heard so much scratching and chewing coming from inside a wall. Aside from the mysterious wall noise, everything else about the stay was fantastic.

  The location of this hotel was great, as it was near several good restaurants and was centrally located. Sarah at the front desk was very friendly at check-in, but the employee at the front desk at check-out clearly didn’t want to be at work. Breakfast was typical for a Holiday Inn Express. An employee was present in the dining room and ensured that the food stayed replenished. The hotel itself is quite dated. The elevator did not include information regarding when it was last inspected for safety. The room left much to be desired. One outlet had too many things plugged in (i.e., lamps, refrigerator, TV) and definitely concerned me, as it appeared to be a fire hazard. There was mold present on the bathroom ceiling above the bathtub, water pressure was practically non-existent, and there was a large crack on the bathroom floor (along with squeaking when you walked across it). However, the bed was very comfortable and clean. All things considered, I would NOT stay here again. However, I did want to acknowledge the things the hotel did correctly.

  Very close to the airport, works perfectly well for business trips besides it is close to shoppoing malls and restaurants. What I did not like this time was the welcome I received. I use very often this chain of hotels in different locations and I normally feel welcome because of the warm and kidness of the staff... not this time. There was a guy in the reception who did not say any close to welcome... actually, he did not say a word, not even look at me. I had to start the conversation saying "hello, I have a reservation" and he just answered ID and credit card (no "please"). He checked the computer, prepared the key and gave it to me showing the elevator path. End of the conversation. I noticed in the key pack the breakfast was included.
