  I recently stayed here with my family. I too, was amazed by the photos and the price but the experience here was awful. Not to mention, you have to kick the side door open just to get through. The only reason this hotel gets any rating above 1 is because of location and Murshed the front desk manager. She is a gem and really restored my faith in this new brand! However, the guy at the desk from the night before, beware of overcharging with him. I was overcharged by almost 200$ because he was unaware of the process and was unwilling to double check. In fact even stated, "Ma'am you think you know more than Hilton staff." Unfortunately, I was correct and you were mistaken sir. Maybe trust your Hilton Members next time. On that note-if you are just staying for the night and want a safe place to sleep for a reasonable price. This is your place.

  The photos of this hotel EXTREMELY OVER SELLS it. As a photographer I have to commend their photographer. With that being said here's my review... Lest start with the positive. The staff is very nice & accommodating. Positives end there... The entire hotel smells old, musty & moldy. The kind of smell that very old hotels can NEVER get rid of when after a renovation. We booked 2 rooms for our family & one of the room smelled extremely bad, like a mix of mold & throw up covered by sanitizer, disinfectant sprays. It's so obnoxious that we can l felt like our lungs were burning. So we requested another room. The second set of rooms were musty but we accepted them because there were no other rooms available. At 1st turning on the air conditioning helped her rid of the musty mess l smell but when ever the AC would just blow air, the musty smell came back. Very indicative of wet carpet that dried but still holds the odor. When laying down to sleep, I can smell urine odor in the carpet. I could not sleep facing the floor & had to turn towards the middle of the bed. The rooms were renovated but not fully. The tiles show so signs of wear asking with cracks. The bathroom grout is where it's obviously old and dingy. To me they knew how to renovate for photos to sell bookings. I guess I missed the 2nd positive which were the beds, which was comfortable & clean. But I couldn't get over the smell, very old, musty & moldy. Lastly the breakfast. Honestly the saddest breakfast bar I've ever been to. I'm not sure if this is how Hilton chains operate because we normally stay at Marriott chains but they're we're no pancakes, no waffles & no proteins other than boiled eggs. Everything was boxed foods like cereal, 2 choices of bagels & 1 choice of my l muffin. Seriously a SAD BREAKFAST.

  We enjoyed our stay here. It was only for one night as we stayed to do the Grapevine North Pole train. The location was perfect. Super close to downtown Grapevine. The rooms were very clean and the service friendly.

  Read reviews before booking this place. Everything but the lobby smells like bug spray. smell was so bad me and my wife left a day early. Service there wasn't that good lady was rude when I told her we are checking out early. Don't recommend booking this hotel. Only good thing about it was the location but its location wasn't worth the money. Book somewhere else
