The employees are super friendly and very attentive in explaining the information about all the animals in the aquarium. One thing that can make the experience better is the clarity of the glasses on the big tank. They are quite cloudy and full of handprints.

Hoping this will initiate the school liaison to get on that phone since it is impossible to book online at school pricing :) hoping to come see you and Legoland in January.

Susan and Carlos at the touch tank were very nice and informative! Claire giving the animal talks was very knowledgeable and friendly. There is quite a bit in the exhibits, especially being in a mall. My only complaint is that the Turtle conservation stations weren't working so we couldn't save the turtles. Kiddos were very disappointed. Other than that our visit was great.

Our boys (ages 14 and 11) still enjoyed it, though it does seem geared more toward younger children. Staff member “MIA “was amazing—kind, friendly, and very nice with all people near the starfish touch station. MIA -you are awesome . Hope it’s ok to post her photo. Overall, we enjoyed our afternoon and would recommend it for kids ages 2–10. That said, we did see some older kids enjoying it too.
