All three rooms had dead bugs in plan view upon entering, the floors were dirty and clearly had not been vacuumed, bedsheets were dirty and had stains on the top sheets. One room the ac was out and they had brought two portables unit. That room smelled disgusting because the water was not being removed from the units. utensils were dirty. The hallway floors and elevators were dirty and clearly not cleaned for a while. One room, the sink drain did not work. When employees were told, they stand by and joked with each other.

No housekeeping to clean the bathroom or to provide new bath towels after maintenance used the towels to mop the floor. Room smells too. Breakfast is poor and the eating area is dirty.

We were treated rude and not all checked in at the same time, the clerk checked two of us in and then made us wait for the third check in and told us we were cutting in line if he checked us all in at once. The level one rooms all smelled like pet urine and horrible smells. Horrible experience and we paid over $900 for two nights. Please read google reviews and do not stay here.

ALONZO knew there was three of us and three separate rooms booked in our party. ALONZO checked two us in and skipped the third person in our party. When we told him we still needed our third room. ALONZO told us to wait our turn. Totally unprofessional! The rooms smelt bad.
