We found a dead bug inside the refrigerator, hair in a bed that was supposed to be clean, visible stains on the mattress, and the room overall was not properly cleaned. These conditions were unacceptable and did not meet basic standards of cleanliness. We were informed that someone would reach out to us regarding these concerns, but no one ever did. Additionally, we were unable to relocate to another room because the hotel was fully booked. This experience was very frustrating for our team, and we hope you take immediate steps to address these issues so that future guests do not encounter similar problems.

The evening lady Zara was so sweet, helpful and professional. Went above and beyond. However, Karen who works day shit was unprofessional on both interactions and quite rude over the phone when answering questions. She was very argumentative. Breakfast was amazing and the lady working breakfast was kind and did an amazing job.

All three rooms had dead bugs in plan view upon entering, the floors were dirty and clearly had not been vacuumed, bedsheets were dirty and had stains on the top sheets. One room the ac was out and they had brought two portables unit. That room smelled disgusting because the water was not being removed from the units. utensils were dirty. The hallway floors and elevators were dirty and clearly not cleaned for a while. One room, the sink drain did not work. When employees were told, they stand by and joked with each other.
