- BLBliss LDec 26, 20251.0The Holiday Inn Express & Suites DFW earned a 1 star only because they did not have anymore paid parking and the shuttle does not run until 5:00 AM. At least that is what I was told by the lady at the counter. If you do not have parking then that should have been said when we booked the hotel. It’s a hotel near DFW and didn’t have enough parking? That’s just bizarre. So, we ended up driving to The Westin Dallas Forth Worth Airport and they were very compassionate to our situation and gave us complementary parking and shuttle to and from the airport. That is where we will be staying from now on.

I called off room phone to get clarification on the Wi-Fi code on my card holder, immediately shut me down and said it’s the code on the card and that it works. News flash it didn’t and never did. Then I called off my personal phone thinking maybe she would be nicer since I would maybe be a potential customer and nope same attitude when I asked about laundry and told me it was coin operated. Fast forward I come back around shift change and the young lady at the desk I wish I grabbed her name but she had a beautiful Afro. Very professional very soft spoken and helpful reactivated my card and notified me the laundry location and that it was card operated only. Company needs more people like her. As for first girl, wake up and absorb training or find a new career.
