We stayed here for 4 nights and our room was not cleaned once. We had to request for towels twice. I even asked the housekeeper on our floor to clean our room before we left for the day. We returned in the evening, our room was not cleaned. We had to empty the trash ourselves. I voiced my concern with Lewis at the front desk and was told there is not manager on staff on the weekends and that I would get a call. He did provide a set of towels. I've never stayed at a facility were housekeeping was an issue. I'm very disappointed in this part of our stay.
