  Phenomenal breakfast from room service, indoor pool was warm and clean. Very comfortable beds. Canceled flights stink but this place made it easy.

  Had one of the worst check-in experience. Walked up to two agents. Minimal eye contact and no friendliness. I needed to use Apple Pay to pay for my room. She asked me to go to the other side of the check-in area without much instruction. She continue to look at her computer (instead of moving with me). I waited a few minutes. she finally realized I was confused, and said someone will be with me soon. New agent came out also minimal exchanges, not even a good evening - just here’s your key, that way’s the elevator, no good evening, no anything else I can help you with. I expected more hospitality from a Hilton hotel. Quite disappointed for the first time after being an HH member for 20 years.

  We stayed for Valentine’s day and I can’t say enough great things about this hotel! The service was top tier. The suite was BEAUTIFUL, the cleanliness was great, the food at Bonnie and Clyde’s was great, my whole stay was fantastic. The pool/hot tub was clean. I had a great experience at this hotel and I will DEFINITELY be coming back!

  Stuck here 4 days during American Airlines’ fiasco following winter storm Fern: this terrific hotel turned a frustrating experience into a very pleasant one. Long-tenured friendly staff made everything from check-in to check out a seamless, first-rate stay. With so many fellow stranded fliers, the hotel was obviously at capacity. But each day before we schlepped over to DFW only to have flights canceled last minute, I asked front desk if they’d hold a room for us and they did. Rooms were quiet, well-designed and recently renovated. Housekeeping did a thorough job daily [don’t forget to tip the hardest working folks in the hotel :) Gym is outstanding: huge with everything from StairMasters to ellipticals, Peloton bikes, treadmills, plus machine- and free-weights. Large heated indoor pool. 2 restaurants on property: Vineyards for great breakfast buffet with everything you could want including cooked-to-order fresh omelets. Bonnie & Clydes sports bar for decent dinners.

  If you don’t run into Savannah at the DFW Lake convention center you’ve missed out on a great opportunity to see amazing service. She made me feel like the owner of the hotel! Cheers to her and the staff
