- OKOlivia KalishJan 2, 20265.0Alexander at the front desk was an angel sent from above. Our flight was delayed and we missed our connection in Dallas, and we were devastated. After losing my grandma the morning before, all we wanted to do was get home to be with family. Alexander made us feel so welcome and took amazing care of our family who were tired and wanted to rest right away. His knew we were coming, and greeted us with such sensitivity to our situation. I will be a lifelong Hilton customer after the interaction we had with Alexander. I cannot recommend this location and their staff enough. Thank you Alexander!

The restaurant was amazing! Karaoke night was fun. But the most important thing I was the staff, Alexander THE GREAT was my first front desk person that created my team that was there for a holiday party, as the lead organizer I think everyone should have the opportunity to meet this super professional supervisor or manager I forgot. He was professional, helpful and accommodating. Thank you Hilton for a memorable holiday party experience. This guy is by far the one to beat. Has truly helped with all and every issue that arose which was very minimal btw. THANK YOU ALEXANDER THE GREAT!!
