    Stayed here on a layover for one night with my family and it was awesome! The rooms were so big and comfortable and the kids loved it too! Will definitely be back on our next visit to DFW!

    I stayed at this property for several nights while attending a conference, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. On the first night, I was awakened by the sound of running water, only to discover sewage water backflowing from the sink drain and flooding the bathroom floor. I immediately contacted the front desk and was informed that maintenance would not arrive until 9:00 a.m., and that the hotel was sold out, so there were no available rooms to relocate me. The odor was overwhelming, and I ultimately had to ask a colleague if I could use his bathroom to prepare for the day. What was most concerning was the apparent lack of urgency or concern from staff. I was eventually offered a smaller room, but without any rate adjustment, despite having paid for a suite. While the plumbing issue was addressed later that evening, there was no meaningful acknowledgment from management, nor a sincere apology for the disruption and inconvenience. The only compensation offered was a nominal amount of loyalty points, which did not feel proportionate to the severity of the situation. Additionally, the overall condition of the property appeared dated and run down for a Hilton-branded hotel, with a noticeable mildew odor in common areas and room. While the stay may have been acceptable under different circumstances, it did not reflect the quality or service level expected at this price point. Given the experience, I cannot say the property offers value commensurate with its nightly rates.

    Two friends and I mistakenly took and Uber to this hotel the other night after having a couple drinks at a different nearby hotel chain. While we did not actually stay in this hotel, what I can say is that the parking lot was immaculate. There we not any potholes, plenty of parking spaces, and there was ample room for our driver to turn around and take us to the correct hotel. If the parking lot is any indication of the condition of the hotel's inside, it definitely deserves every bit of the 5-star rating.

    Booked one room over the phone. When I arrived the front counter lady asked if I was checking for both rooms. I said I only had one and showed her my reservation. She said they are both booked and non refundable you must have hit enter twice. I told her I couldn’t have I booked over the phone. She made no effort to do anything g about the situation until I asked for a manager she there wasn’t one at night so I said call one in I’ll wait. She then said she would cancel the second room then said she couldn’t. At this point I will likely fight both charges. Do not book here their customer service and care from the front counter is just them blaming you for their error
