Great hotel. It's nice using the Digital Key to get into my room. Check in is at 3pm. My vehicle was safe. I parked near the front in the area where people walking in and out of the lobby would see it and there's a shuttle which takes guests to and from the airport running which also deters criminals.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights. We didn't use the shuttle service so I can't comment on that. The hotel is overall nice and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The interior by the front desk is really nice. Parking was very handy and close. The hotel was clean, our room was clean and pretty quiet, the breakfast was good. The hot food at the breakfast was different each day which was nice. Our bed was comfortable. The pool is very nice and the exercise room is good. There are lots of planes flying by the hotel to land at the airport but they weren't extremely noisy. A Waffle House and gas station are within easy walking distance, but that's about the only places nearby that I could see. A Comfort Inn is right next to this property. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would probably stay there again, but there are a few things the hotel could work on to make it better. It seemed like some.maintenance is being delayed. For example, our faucet was not properly seated on the counter - it was partially out of the hole. We were afraid we were going to break it off so we asked to have someone look at it and they did fix. Even after that though, the faucet didn't seem very sturdy when we used it. The light over the mirror did not work so all we had when looking in the mirror was backlight from the ceiling light. We asked to have it fixed if possible but it wasn't fixed. The nightlight that was plugged into the bathroom outlet also didn't work. Our room faced the parking lot which has extremely bright lights that partially face the hotel. Our room was never really dark when we were sleeping. There is a shade but the heavy curtains are only decorative so they can't be pulled over the window. A lot of light seeps in at the area above the shade. The AC worked well, especially on constant low fan, but there was a musty or dirty socks odor evident in the room. It wasn't super strong and we kind of got used to it but it was strange. One more issue is that the elevators seem to need some work- the one on the left clunked everytime we went down in it. Both elevators looked a little shabby. I hope that the hotel owners can fix some of these problems because this could be an excellent hotel.

I was disappointed that I had a faulty HVAC system. They were good enough to move me to a new room, and SHOCKER!!, the HVAC system was faulty as well. Maybe the hotel could do a few upgrades....I will look to other Hilton properties in the area for future stays.

Overall it was a decent stay and provided what I want in a hotel (consistancy). Beds were clean, location was good. - This place needs some TLC or a rehab, you could see patches in the wall paper in my room, my toilet paper holder and towel holder were hanging on by a thread. Outlets by the bed were loose. The elevator was missing its display showing what floor you were on, the elevator was missing the 1st floor button, I was scared the elevator would get stuck so I used the steps. I would not recommend this hotel, given the competition in the area there are better for similar prices.

My stay was absolutely wonderful! MIMI was amazing and knowledgeable about both the property and the area, and she provided excellent service throughout my 4-night stay. The hotel itself was SPOTLESS (Lobby, room, hallways, pool, elevator)! Lathan was also fantastic, he dropped me off and picked me up from the mall right on time and was incredibly hospitable. The shuttle service is available for ANY location within a 5 mile radius including the airport. I was able to be dropped at work and the airport on my way out, which saved me an additional $50-70 in ride share alone. loved the complimentary breakfast — the menu had great variety, and there was a new selection of hot items each morning. The breakfast staff greeted me each day with smiles and a cheerful “good morning,” and the dining area was always clean and well maintained. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Irving is an awesome suburb of Dallas with a lot of to do, making this property a GREAT OPTION for your stay. 10/10 recommend!
