  We are staying at the Embassy Suites and it’s been a wonderful experience. The room is comfortable and nicely appointed. The breakfast was delicious and the happy hour was lots of fun. Breakfast was made so nice with the employee named Diana Medina. She is very efficient, helpful and friendly. We were greeted by a delightful employee and staff was kind to our dogs traveling with us.

  I booked one of the penthouse suites and was really disappointed with almost every aspect of our stay. The room was so dated except for the bathrooms. There was no overhead lighting (only a few lamps) so when we walked in it was pitch black and we had to find a bunch of lamps to turn on and even during the day it was too dark. The furniture looked like it had never been replaced, the couch was like a frat house couch - stained and just gross. The beds themselves were comfortable but the bed frames were so old there was so much creaking anytime you turned over in bed. The air conditioning was pretty bad. When we checked it in was so hot in the room and there is now thermostat in the main bedroom so we had to have maintenance come. They were able to enable “VIP mode” on the living room thermostat which allowed a lower temperature and made it manageable. The front desk was always a nightmare, lines the entire time we were there and there was no handicapped feature for the doors to get inside so everyone with luggage carts was struggling to get through. The breakfast and evening reception were good but I was expecting my room to be updated to current hotel standards considering how much money I spent to stay in the penthouse suite. I would not return

  Great place to stay and will definitely will stay here again. I personally had no issues with the room but my gf didn't like the fact our room was supposed to have a bath/shower combo.. but I didn't mind having the nice big shower.. snacks inside our room and the TV allows you to sign into streaming services unlike other hotels we have stayed at. They have a happy hour and Great breakfast which is either buffet style or made to order.. Only complaint with the hotel is unlike the first time we stayed there we had to pay to park but that's not stopping me from staying there again

  Stayed here for a work event and it’s super close to the airport which is convenient. All of the staff there were super helpful and friendly. We had about 45 people and they were all great with our big group. One person that stuck out though was Diana Medina, she was so friendly and so nice. Asked if breakfast and lunch were good and if there was anything she could get me, and she was there to clean up after all of us. Very very nice individual!

  Clean and comfortable stay close to the airport. Hotel was renovated and looks great! Enjoyed the spacious suite and big breakfast buffet with hot and cold items. Diana at breakfast was so helpful and greeted me everyday! Omelettes were delicious with veggie options. Fresh pineapple a daily treat. Only suggestion for the hotel- please include non dairy milk options for coffee. My group and I also loved the HH with two free drink tickets and light snacks. Front desk made check in and out easy and fast. Airport shuttle a nice perk but I had to leave straight from my worksite to catch a flight. Something I’ll use next time! Thank you embassy suites!
