The staff are very friendly however my husband was double charged for the room and my dad was charged 4 times for his and you have to jump through hoops to get your money back. They charge for parking, the bathroom floor was muddy, grimy hand prints on the bathroom door handle, the ac is not work properly, and my son found a crusty wash cloth by the bed!

This is my first night here and the first impression is not good. The staff have attitudes, the bathroom floor has hair on the floor and the shower looks like it needs another cleaning. We pay for parking and I barely found a spot due to a family leaving. If this turns around I'll be happy to update this review but so far this is not good. This location has a rep for the staff having attitudes and we're not a couple to base our opinion on reviews like that however, we've seen it first hand and understand what people are saying now.
My wife called about hypoallergenic pillows and they stated there were no more rooms available. They sent pillows. When I saw the state of the bathroom I called to advise and requested another room and guess what....the room they gave us is a hypoallergenic room. Really?

He was very hospitable providing us with a bottle of cold water when we got on the shuttle and a great conversation! I would highly recommend this hotel for your passport parking needs!😊

Staying in Dallas for a few days. For the location and cost for value, this is a perfect spot! The hotel is joined in the parking lot for Bass Pro Shop. The mall is also walking distance with a few other restaurants. The made to order breakfast was fantastic as always. Our breakfast attendant, Diana M was absolutely fantastic. She was very attentive and kind. We knew that all of our needs would be met. She made sure all areas in the dining were clean and kept well.Embassy Suites is always our hotel of choice for a consistency across the board.
