We arrived the day after Christmas and had a great experience, the Christmas decor was lovely. The breakfast area was busy but well stocked and the line for the made to order omelets moved quickly. Rena & Ofir were very friendly and kept the tables clean. Our bathroom was out of body wash and we needed extra towels and they took care of that immediately after we called the front desk. We also ate dinner at the restaurant one night and the burger was delicious. It was conveniently located to everything we were in town for. I would definitely stay here again. The only thing I didn't like was the cost of parking.

A fantastic place to stay. Tons of amenities, great location, and really truly feels like home.
The breakfast in the morning is ridiculously good, and the service is incredible. Diana Medina was the sweetest woman and took such good care of us.
The reception at night was equally awesome, less crowded on a grand sense but much busier trying to get your free drinks.
Also - the pool is indoor and heated. We were a little confused about that coming in but the kids loved a chance to go swimming in January - although the chemicals were NOT to mess with.
All in all absolutely a fantastic stay. We’ll be back anytime we’re in Dallas.

We arrived around 2:30 but normal check in is 4PM. Was told the room wasn't ready but should be "shortly" implying half hour or so. 3PM not ready. 3:30 not ready. At 3:50 my husband went to front desk and spoke with a new receptionist who spoke on a walkie talkie with housekeeping and listened to them tell the receptionist the room would be ready in 10 minutes. 4PM not ready while we are watched streams of guests with luggage going up the elevator. Front desk brought us our keys at 4:15 and informed us we were now 3 floors lower than the original room. No explanation and not overly apologetic.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but it seemed they were short-staffed. A standout moment was the exceptional service from Dianna during breakfast—so delightful. The hotel would greatly benefit from having more staff like Dianna to reach its full potential.

I want to start off this review by saying this was right after Christmas so staffing might have been an issue.
Great location and the staff was kind but seemed short handed.
The overall hotel seemed dirty, the hallways were not vacuumed one time during our 2 night stay, I never saw any cleaning staff on the floors during our stay. I am not sure the protocol with room cleaning while you are there but our room was not cleaned during the stay either.
In the actual room neither phones worked and they were very yellowed, one didn't even have a phone cord. The rooms could have been cleaner. The pullout couch was terrible. You could see it caving in with the cushions one so once your pulled it out, it was not comfortable even for kids. We were missing body wash in the shower, we called and asked for some but it never came. The pillows-- TERRIBLE make sure to bring your own and the room was very hot. The AC only blows in the living part of the room so the bedroom gets hot.
The hotel looked really nice in photos but once you got there you can tell it's a high traffic hotel.
The free breakfast is nice but it was so crowded I'm not sure it was worth it. We decided to do something different on our 2nd morning.
I would probably not stay here again but the location is great so maybe keep your expectations low.
Again this was right after Christmas which is a busy season so maybe some of the challenges are related to that.

Our toilet backed up into the bathroom on the night of our anniversary. When I called the front desk, the staff member kept interrupting me, saying they “knew a guy” who could fix it and that he’d be right up. Meanwhile, the shower was making gurgling noises and bubbling, and the toilet wouldn’t flush at all.
It was 1 a.m., we were exhausted, and the situation was unsanitary, so we decided to leave and find another place to stay. This was absolutely disgusting for a hotel charging around $200 per night. No one said anything as we checked out or even offer a new room, compensation, etc. That tells me this problem is reoccuring.
The ladies who did check us in earlier that morning were very sweet in bringing us chocolate covered strawberries. Thank you!
