- CVCrystal Vaughn4 days ago3.0The lobby and halls had a fantastic aroma. The room was clean and fresh however, I stayed hot throughout the night. The most horrible part, extremely noisy; I was awoken several times with banging and stomping coming through the walls. Overall, the stay was satisfactory with a few drawbacks.
- SFSoyna FlemingMar 14, 20264.0Nice and clean hotel. I am NOT a fan of having the bathroom sink adjacent from the bed in a open area without a door. There's no privacy and it can interrupt your sleep, but there was a food truck there the week I was there and the food was great.

Chassidy was amazing, from check in to check out. The breakfast was great and it room was very comfortable. We’ll be staying here again the next time we’re in the DFW area.

She obviously doesn’t have the patience that it takes to be in her position. It’s called customer service NOT customer disputes. Someone from corporate needs to tell her to take a step back from the keyboard. Her general approach and attitude could potentially lead to something very serious if she continues to be so aggressive and arrogant. I’m also concerned with her safety with the way things are these days. Hopefully this message reaches the right people and they can add some training to her schedule and explain to her that when someone leaves a bad review, it’s not the end of the world. Best of luck to you Angel, I’m sure you’re probably foaming at the mouth by now if you’re reading this review.
