We paid for an extra night through the app and still staff knocked on the door over 5 times and called 3 times, waking up our kids. The receptionist even came to the room with a rude attitude, insisting we go downstairs despite the payment being confirmed. Poor guest service, no empathy, and no respect for rest. We would not return and do not recommend until front desk staff is replaced or properly trained
